With an Argentinian flair, he brings together the excellence of Argentine meats and the vibrant freshness of Mediterranean cuisine to create dishes that are both comforting and unforgettable. Each meal on board becomes a unique experience, crafted with care, creativity, and bold flavours that reflect his multicultural background.
Beyond the kitchen, Mauro also supports the crew as a skilled deckhand, assisting with vessel operations, deck maintenance, and docking procedures.
