Stefano is a dynamic and motivated Italian deck/engineer. With a deep passion for sailing since childhood, he combines hands-on mechanical skills with strong deck experience. Stefano has worked on yachts up to 118ft, covering roles from deckhand to mate/engineer, and has proven his ability to manage operations both with and without a captain on board.
Holding Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC1/2, STCW, and a B1/B2 visa, Stefano brings versatility and energy to every team he joins. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is known for his eye for detail, positive attitude, and strong communication. A certified kite surf instructor and scuba diver, Stefano is highly engaged with water sports and eager to grow in the yachting industry, with the long-term goal of becoming a captain.

Michele is an experienced Italian Chief Engineer from Livorno, with over 30 years in the maritime industry. Starting his career in mechanical workshops, he quickly progressed through the ranks, gaining solid experience on both commercial vessels and private yachts. Michele has served as Chief Engineer on a wide range of yachts from 27 to 54 metres, including prestigious brands such as Benetti, Ferretti, Rossi Navi, and Amels.

With several Atlantic crossings under his belt, Michele is a calm and reliable presence on board, known for his deep technical knowledge, hands-on approach, and commitment to vessel safety and performance. His extensive experience with MTU and Caterpillar engines ensures optimal maintenance and smooth operations.
