Over the years, Nicola has gained extensive experience on both motor and sailing yachts, in both charter and private sectors. He has navigated extensively, undertaking both coastal cruises and long voyages. Nicola is known for his active and positive demeanor, always giving his best and fostering harmony with both the team and the guests.

Eleonora is a dynamic stewardess dedicated to exceeding clients' expectations. To excel in the yachting industry, she has completed extensive training, including silver service courses and VIP wardrobe management. Her meticulous attention to detail sets her apart. A natural problem solver, this skill has been a standout quality since her days working ashore. Eleonora is multilingual, fluent in Italian, English, and French.

Yulian is a motivated and ambitious marine engineer who brings a strong technical background gained through both the commercial shipping and luxury yachting industries. Holding an EOOW STCW III/1 Unlimited License, he has worked on modern yachts up to 61 metres, developing extensive experience in engineering operations, refit projects and planned maintenance.
Comfortable managing complex mechanical, electrical and AV/IT systems, Yulian is recognised for his logical approach to problem-solving, attention to detail and calm attitude under pressure. His proactive mindset, strong work ethic and commitment to safety ensure that Never Give Up operates to the highest technical standards, allowing guests to enjoy a seamless and worry-free experience on board.

Alessandro is an experienced First Officer with an extensive background on both private and charter yachts, bringing strong leadership, excellent seamanship and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Having worked on busy charter programmes throughout the Mediterranean, he combines exceptional navigational skills with a proactive approach to deck operations and crew management.
Known for his calm attitude, professionalism and attention to detail, Alessandro is highly skilled in tender driving, watersports operations and guest logistics, ensuring every activity is conducted safely and seamlessly. His hands-on experience during major refits, together with his commitment to high operational standards, makes him a valuable asset on board Never Give Up, where safety, efficiency and exceptional service always come first.

Gerardo is a true Italian chef with extensive experience. Over the years, he has worked in various sectors of the culinary world, including catering, banquets, restaurants, and, of course, yachting. He has consistently held roles where teamwork was crucial, firmly believing that collaboration is essential for achieving great results.
