He embodies a blend of seasoned expertise, passion for the ocean, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional yachting experiences. Born and raised in Miami, Whitney's childhood was steeped in maritime adventures, from competitive sailfish tournaments to honing his fishing and spear fishing skills aboard his father's 20’ Sea Craft. His formative years in Miami instilled a profound love for the ocean that continues to define his professional and personal pursuits.
Whitney's career path boasts a diverse array of yachts, including notable vessels such as Samadhi, Themis, and Positive Carry. Each experience has contributed to his extensive knowledge and expertise in yacht operations, from navigation to guest services, consistently delivering exceptional experiences on the water.
Driven by a deep-seated passion for travel and a love for the ocean, Whitney embraces the dynamic nature of his role as a yacht captain. He is committed to ensuring every voyage is not only safe and efficient but also infused with a spirit of adventure and enjoyment.

Keegan's childhood spent on the water, fishing and exploring, shaped his love for the outdoors, particularly fly fishing with a commitment to conservation. Rooted in a close-knit farming community, Keegan cherishes time spent with loved ones. He believes that happiness is found in the company of those closest to you, reflecting his strong family ties and appreciation for community bonds.

When Annie isn’t working, you’ll almost always find her outside, either hiking, running or diving at any opportunity. She loves cracking a joke and will always do what she can to provide a great experience!

Beyond the sea, Jade loves the outdoors and is always up for an adventure, whether its hiking, exploring new places, or simply soaking up nature. With four years in the yachting industry, Jade loves sharing her love for the sea and outdoors ensuring guests create memorable experiences on the water.

Arturo grew up in Puerto Escondido, Mexico and comes from a hardworking family where his mother ran a restaurant, and his father was a fisherman. His love for the water came from his father and grandfather who was a great diver and sportfishing enthusiast. He studied mechanical engineering at the Merchant Marine in Mexico, graduating in 2021 and soon after his career in yachting began. In his spare time Arturo loves to spend time with his wife and family, sportfishing and riding his dirt bike.

Alisha, born and raised in Windsor, UK, began her journey as a pastry chef at just 16. Over the past decade, she has refined her craft in some of the industry’s most prestigious settings, including Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels.Throughout this time, she has honed her skills in fine dining, pastry, and family style cuisine. In 2024, she took the next step in her career, transitioning into the yachting industry. Beyond the kitchen, Alisha is passionate about fitness, dedicating her time to Pilates and calisthenics, and finds creative expression through painting.

Tess grew up in Newcastle, Australia, a surfing town just 2 hours north of Sydney that sparked her passion for the ocean. She joined the yachting industry in April 2023, where she has gained valuable experience as a stewardess on yachts ranging from 45 to 65 meters. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service, Tess creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their time on board is memorable. She loves to have a laugh and is definitely one of our louder crew members, bringing energy and joy to the team. Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time at the beach, socialising with friends, and exploring hiking trails, all of which enrich her love for the sea and nature.

With his experience and energy, brings dedication and enthusiasm to the team but will never fail to provide a good laugh!

Ciara was born and raised in Maryland, USA. She has spent time in many of the 50 states before joining yachting 2 years ago. Her love for the ocean began at a young age, growing up as a competitive swimmer and discovering scuba diving as a teenager. Her passion for life on the sea has taken her around the world, both above and below the surface. As a PADI Dive Instructor and experienced deckhand, Ciara brings a dynamic blend of water sports expertise, strong seamanship, and a can-do attitude to the team. Whether she’s assisting on deck, leading dive excursions, or sharing her adventurous spirit, Ciara’s enthusiasm for the ocean is contagious.
