Oliver is from Bedfordshire, England. After a short stint as a sailing instructor and a Laborer, he completed his Yacht master and joined the yachting industry in 2013. He enjoys being on the water, exploring new places, and making the best experience for guests as possible. Oliver’s main hobby away from the water is Golf, he’s been lucky to play all over the world whilst travelling on the yachts. Oliver is currently working toward his Captain’s license, which he hopes to obtain over the next couple of years.

Liam, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, brings creativity and enthusiasm to the galley, with a strong focus on fresh flavors and quality ingredients. His cooking reflects both solid culinary training and a genuine love for food.
Away from the kitchen, Liam leads an active lifestyle hiking, spending time at the beach, and drawing inspiration from his travels to develop new recipes. When off duty, he enjoys unwinding with his English Staffy, Hugo, never far from his side.

Martin was born in Andorra, a small country between France & Spain. He has been immersed in the yachting world for 8 years now, following in the footsteps of his parents and brother. Passionate about adrenaline, he loves a mix of extreme sports and water sports. Martin’s adventurous spirit enjoys staying fit, traveling, and exploring nature. With his experience and energy, brings dedication and enthusiasm to the team but will never fail to provide a good laugh!

Mike was born in Paisley, Scotland and grew up in the surrounding area. A passion for motorcycles developed early on in life led him to choose a career in engineering, the merchant navy offered both that and the chance to travel the world. He moved to yachting around 5 years ago after around 20 years in the offshore oil and gas sector but with some time in commercial passenger vessels thrown in. Mike spends his time off with his wife and three kids, working on and riding motorbikes and messing about in small boats!

Captain Whitney Reiter began his yachting career in 2001 aboard a 100’ yacht, marking the inception of a journey deeply intertwined with the sea. Born and raised in Miami, Whitney's childhood was steeped in maritime adventures, from competitive sailfish tournaments to honing his fishing and spear fishing skills aboard his father's 20’ Sea Craft. His formative years in Miami instilled a profound love for the ocean that continues to define his professional and personal pursuits.
Whitney's career path boasts a diverse array of yachts, including notable vessels such as Samadhi, Themis, and Positive Carry. Each experience has contributed to his extensive knowledge and expertise in yacht operations, from navigation to guest services, consistently delivering exceptional experiences on the water.
Driven by a deep-seated passion for travel and a love for the ocean, Whitney embraces the dynamic nature of his role as a yacht captain. He is committed to ensuring every voyage is not only safe and efficient but also infused with a spirit of adventure and enjoyment.

With four years in the yachting industry, Jade loves sharing her love for the sea and outdoors ensuring guests create memorable experiences on the water.

Coming from a close-knit farming community, Keegan values meaningful connections and time spent with loved ones, reflecting his strong sense of family and community. His enthusiasm for the sea, combined with his dedication and positive outlook, ensures an exceptional experience for guests onboard.

Keegan Poustie

Jenna was born in what is known as the friendly and windy city of South Africa: Gqeberha. Growing up and living by the sea fueled her passion to spring into the yachting industry immediately after she finished school. She completed her courses in Cape Town and shortly thereafter started her yachting career one year ago in Greece on a 43 meter private motor yacht. After finishing the 2023 Mediterranean season traveling the Greek Islands, Jenna couldn't wait to continue her yachting journey in the States and joined the crew of Next Chapter in December 2023. Jenna enjoys long runs on the beach, staying fit and active, and spending time with her friends & family. In her free time you'll almost always find Jenna on the beach or outside in nature. Her passion is undeniably the ocean, but, she also has a very deep love for animals. Back home in South Africa Jenna loves horse riding, spending time with her rescue dog and volunteering at our local penguin sanctuary. You can always expect a big smile on Jenna’s face, as her bubbly friendly personality helps create a fun positive atmosphere.

Luke grew up on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, where life on the water quickly became a way of life. From a young age, he developed a strong passion for boating and seamanship, gaining hands-on experience across many aspects of maritime work. Luke studied Entrepreneurship at Florida Gulf Coast University, combining his love for the water with a strong interest in business and leadership. When he’s not on deck, he enjoys fitness training, fishing, videography, and learning everything he can about vessels and operations. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Luke takes pride in making sure every guest feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. He’s excited to share his enthusiasm for life at sea and help create an unforgettable experience onboard.Recently, Pedro has embarked on an exciting new journey by joining a yacht crew, driven by his dream of chasing pelagic fish around the world. His dedication to both fishing and family is evident; he is a proud father of two beautiful daughters whom he adores. Pedro’s blend of athleticism and expertise in sport fishing makes him an invaluable asset to any charter experience, ensuring guests not only enjoy their time on the water but also benefit from his extensive knowledge and passion for the ocean.
