Emma brings over six years of yachting experience to the interior, having worked her way up through some of the industry’s most demanding vessels up to 110 meters after starting out in the cruise world. That background shaped someone who is equally at ease running a formal charter service or creating something more relaxed and personal, depending on what guests need. She leads her team the way she looks after guests, with genuine care, high standards, and a quiet attention to detail that means things are taken care of before anyone has to ask. Off duty she’s active, energetic, and usually the first one suggesting something fun ashore. The same energy she brings to sport and life in general is exactly what makes her so good at what she does on board.

Red has spent nearly a decade at sea, earning his stripes in some of the most demanding maritime environments before finding his true home in the world of luxury yachting. With 6 years experience navigating private and charter yachts up to 65 meters, he brings a level of seamanship that guests rarely see but always feel. On board, Red sets the tone. His style is calm, warm, and quietly professional, the kind of crew who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so guests can simply enjoy being on the water. When he is not on the bridge, you’ll find him staying active, exploring ashore, or making the most of wherever the yacht has dropped anchor. He believes the best charters happen when the whole crew genuinely loves what they do, and it shows.
