Reza has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Management Science, which she spent long enough in a corporate role to confirm she had no interest in using at a desk. The ocean had always been the draw; yachting, when the opportunity arose, turned out to be the right combination of precision and people work. She has grown steadily through the industry since.
The moments she values most are the ones involving returning guests; charter clients who come back specifically because of the experience the crew created together. She reads groups early, adapts service to suit them, and cares about getting the details right. La Maddalena, Sardinia, and Palma, Spain, rank among her favourite places on the water, though she is quick to find something good in almost any port.

Jacques was on the water long before yachting entered the picture. He grew up fishing offshore with his father in South Africa, and back home, he still runs his own fishing charter company, competing regularly in tuna tournaments when the season allows. His professional path followed from there: a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management Science, eight years working through the ranks, and a master’s license to captain vessels of any size on any ocean.
What defines Jacques as a captain is his comfort with the unexpected. When plans change, he adapts—a different anchorage or a change of timing—and guests rarely know how much has moved around them to make the day work. La Maddalena, the protected archipelago off the northern tip of Sardinia, is a particular favourite for the quality of anchorages and for the connections he has built ashore over the years, which allow him to source the freshest seafood for guests on board. When he's on land, he trades the helm for a KTM and goes off-road.

Jacques Beukman
Captain
Ajay thought carefully before committing to yachting. When he finally did, he went about it systematically: researching the right courses, arriving in port before the season started, and setting himself the goal of working up from junior deckhand while learning engineering alongside. That was five years ago, and the deliberateness that characterised the decision hasn't left him since.
On the water, he is at his best with guests, at the helm of the tender, setting up watersports, or finding reasons to get everyone laughing. Off it, he goes pelagic fishing when he can, and enjoys golf. Malta is the destination he will advocate for: the Blue Lagoon, the limestone city, the nightlife in St Julian's. If you want a proper rundown before you go, he’s happy to guide you.

Daniel was working as a chef in the Maldives when the opportunity to join a yacht came along. He took it, and brought with him a Diploma in Marketing and Business alongside professional superyacht qualifications.
His off-days tend to run on the same logic as his working ones: exploring markets, tracking down whatever is fresh and unexpected, testing recipes he wants to bring aboard. Spain is a particular favourite for its coastline, its villages, and above all, its seafood. His standing recommendation to charter guests is a sunset dinner on deck. Ashore, he will often suggest finding a cooking class for the hands-on experience as much as the meal at the end.

Accommodations
With a layout that prioritises space and flow, NIGORA feels larger than her 28 metres. A raised pilothouse leaves impressive volume on her main deck, while a rare, full-beam master suite on the main brings a level of privacy more often reserved for yachts over 30 metres. Her interiors are calm and contemporary, with darker tones lending a slightly masculine edge. Full-height windows bring the outside in, creating an easy rhythm between her interior lounges and open decks. The main salon opens to a fold-down balcony to starboard, a small but memorable detail that quickly becomes a favourite spot for morning coffees and evening aperitifs.Above, the flybridge is the social heart of the yacht: Open, adaptable, and designed for long days at anchor with dining, grill, wet bar, and retractable canopy. Equally at home island-hopping in the Caribbean or cruising between Mediterranean ports, her outdoor spaces are tailored to warm-weather living across both regions. Forward, the sundeck offers a more private space, while the hydraulic swim platform provides easy access to the water. With five pretty guest cabins and a layout that supports relaxed, discreet service, NIGORA is perfectly suited for families and friends seeking a charter that feels both effortless and indulgent.
