Master on ships between 500 and 3000 GT (Italian and U.K. flag-yachts in
commercial use).
Courses with positive results in accordance with STCW’ 78, on its up – to - date
version.

Professional Experience I
2006: C.R.N. 36 mt. private/yacht as captain.
2007/08: RIVA-Vertigo 20mt. charter/captain;
2009: RIVA-Venere 23 mt. private/captain;
2010/21 Turkish gullet 27 mt. charter/captain (Plaghia charter).
In my working life, I’ve managed as captain about 80 weeks/charters, sailing along all the coasts and islands of Tyrrhenian Sea, included Sardinia, Corsica and Sicily.
Specialized centre and south Tyrrhenian sea coasts.

Alessandro's journey into the culinary world began in Sydney in 2018. From there, his work took him to Spain before he returned to Italy in 2022. Having already worked on a charter yacht last season, he will now be joining the crew of NIKCA. With his international experience gained through his work abroad and his passion for travelling, he brings a fresh and versatile touch to the kitchen. He looks forward to spoiling guests with his culinary skills during their holidays.

Vincenzo fell in love with the sea growing up in Naples; on board of NIKCA for the 8th season Vincenzo oversees watertoys and will make sure the guests will spend an unforgettable and relaxing moment.

Professional experience |
Before Emilia started her career in the maritime business, she gained a lot of experience in service and hospitality, while working in restaurants and bars along the seaside. She started as waitress in the Lidino Beach and Restaurant in Viareggio in 2009 and worked her way up as waitress, barista and bartender, amongst others in the Acapulco Hotel & Las Pace Hotel, Forte dei Marmi, the Mondial Hotel & Spa Resort in Pietrasanta and the Principino Mare Beach & restaurant in Viareggio. Emilia will be completing the NIKCA crew as a valued crew member, embracing and adapting to her new surroundings and highly motivated to proof her experiences and to gain more knowledge during her position as Stewardess.
