Vincenzo fell in love with the sea growing up in Naples; on board of NIKCA for the 10th season Vincenzo oversees water toys and will make sure the guests will spend an unforgettable and relaxing moment.

An accomplished and highly professional Yacht Captain with more than 40 years of maritime experience, offering exceptional leadership, discretion, and first-class service standards within the luxury yachting industry. Experienced in commanding both private and charter yachts under Italian and U.K. flag, with qualifications for vessels between 500 and 3000 GT.

Renowned for delivering refined owner and guest experiences, combining safe yacht management with elegant hospitality, meticulous operational standards, and seamless charter execution. Extensive expertise navigating the Mediterranean’s most prestigious cruising grounds, with specialist knowledge of Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, Aeolian Islands, and the central and southern Tyrrhenian Sea.

Professional experience |
Before Emilia started her career in the maritime business, she gained a lot of experience in service and hospitality, while working in restaurants and bars along the seaside. She started as waitress in the Lidino Beach and Restaurant in Viareggio in 2009 and worked her way up as waitress, barista and bartender, amongst others in the Acapulco Hotel & Las Pace Hotel, Forte dei Marmi, the Mondial Hotel & Spa Resort in Pietrasanta and the Principino Mare Beach & restaurant in Viareggio. Emilia will be completing the NIKCA crew as a valued crew member, embracing and adapting to her new surroundings and highly motivated to proof her experiences and to gain more knowledge during her position as Stewardess.
