Before Emilia started her career in the maritime business, she gained a lot of experience in service and hospitality, while working in restaurants and bars along the seaside. She started as waitress in the Lidino Beach and Restaurant in Viareggio in 2009 and worked her way up as waitress, barista and bartender, amongst others in the Acapulco Hotel & Las Pace Hotel, Forte dei Marmi, the Mondial Hotel & Spa Resort in Pietrasanta and the Principino Mare Beach & restaurant in Viareggio. Emilia will be completing the NIKCA crew as a valued crew member, embracing and adapting to her new surroundings and highly motivated to proof her experiences and to gain more knowledge during her position as Stewardess.
