Now working full-time as chef aboard NJOY, Noé focuses entirely on delivering cuisine tailored to each guest’s preferences, drawing inspiration from the freshest local ingredients and the day’s catch. Since then, he has gained hands-on experience both at sea and during charters, developing a wide skillset that makes him a versatile and reliable crew member.
With 550 days at sea, Carlos is proficient in navigating small boats under 5 metres and is skilled in watersports such as water skiing, snorkelling, and spearfishing. He also brings experience in catering service, table setup, interior cleaning, and bed arrangement, ensuring that life aboard NJOY is kept both comfortable and seamless.
