Gary's culinary journey began in South Africa, igniting a lifelong passion for cooking. By 19, he was already a personal chef in both private residences and yachts. In his twenties, Gary refined his skills at the US embassy in Pretoria, crafting menus and cooking for executive events hosting up to 100 guests. Gary’s natural sense of adventure and exploration took him back to Superyachts where he has been enchanting crews and guests for the past six years with his unwavering passion for food. His commitment to creating exceptional dishes that look as good as the taste making each dining experience, formal or informal, aboard NO.9 unforgettable. This is Gary's third year onboard.
