Denis is a passionate chef with over 10 years of experience and a real love for creating good food and making people feel looked after. He has worked as a sole chef on both private and charter yachts, and is comfortable managing everything from provisioning and menu planning to delivering high-quality meals for both guests and crew. Denis’s background has taken him through the Mediterranean, Greece, the Adriatic, and Caribbean. He enjoys preparing a wide range of cuisine, especially Mediterranean dishes, while also adapting easily to different tastes and dietary needs. He is down to earth, hardworking, and genuinely enthusiastic about life on board and the experience he creates for others.

Passionate about yachting, Ben takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for guests on board. Over the years, he has been fortunate to build strong connections with guests, many of whom return year after year. His goal is always to ensure that everyone on board feels welcome, relaxed, and has the best experience possible.
