Mike was born in Kingston-upon-Hullin, UK, where he enjoyed playing rugby from a young age. He also attended naval school where he learned how to sail and navigate. After training as a marine engineer, he moved to Mallorca where he met his fiancé and had two daughters. He still lives in Mallorca today. Mike has been working on yachts for 15 years.

Phil is from Perth, Western Australia. Growing up along the coast, boating became a central part of his childhood. Phil entered the industry 13 years ago, and since then, working on yachts has taken him to all corners of the globe. With extensive cruising experience in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, and Australia, Phil earned his Master 3000 license in 2015. While he runs a professional and safety-minded yacht, Phil's main objective is ensuring everyone has a fun and memorable trip once on board.

Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, Dane is very adventurous and amongst his hobbies he enjoys surfing, diving, motocross and fitness. He has been in the yachting industry since the age of 18 and has not looked back since!

Description:
Tom grown up in the sailing town of Salcombe, in the UK, surrounded by boats and water-based activities. He left school at the age of 16 to complete a carpentry apprenticeship and with these skills he moved into the yachting industry in 2014. He loves his job and enjoys taking care of guests during their stay on board.
He dreams of one day sailing to The Galapagos and Fiji.

James grew up on a farm in the southwest of Scotland. After his education he worked in French ski resorts as a chef and watersports instructor. Afterwards he completed his unlimited EOOW at nautical college in Glaslow. After uni James worked in the North Sea for a marine survey company and then moved on to a wind farm construction company before joining the NOMAD’s team.

Matthew is dedicated to following his passion as a Marine Photographer and Videographer. His passion is capturing his experiences and emotions through a lens, especially in the marine environment – to share the beauty of nature and to create awareness of delicate marine habitats and ecosystems in need of protection.
For the past eight years he has worked and dived all over the world assisting in shark behaviour research (based in the Seychelles), as well as helping with conservation projects in places like the Cocos Islands, Malpelo Island, Galapagos, Antarctica and Norway. His home languages include English, Afrikaans and Zulu.

Ian studied engineering from the tender age of 14 and then continued at university. He worked with racing cars for a few years on the weekends whilst working as a quality engineer for automotive and oil companies. He tried his hand at being a wizard until Harry took all the limelight so gave it up. He did a couple of seasons snowboarding and was a wakeboard instructor in the summers. He moved into the yachting industry in 2013 as an engineer and hasn’t looked back since.

Hannah grew up and spent her childhood on a remote island in Papua New Guinea, where she developed a love for the ocean. After graduating with a degree in Nutritional Science, she took a gap year to work on a private catamaran as a stewardess and chef. This experience sparked Hannah’s interest in working in the superyacht industry overseas. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

Leon’s passions for the sea has taken him from the blue waters of the Mediterranean to the Caribbean and along the United States.
Over the years, he has worked on board three vessels CYNTHIA, LADY SHERIDAN, and CASTLEFINN. When he’s not working on the water, Leon’s heart belongs to the outdoors. He thrives on the thrill of hunting, fishing, and spearfishing, always seeking the perfect balance between calm and chaos. Outside of adventure, he is a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about golf.
