Stavroula worked in the catering sector for two years after finishing school, followed by four years spent working
in a Greek steak house. Specialising in the cutting of meat, Stavroula is a great asset to Nomad's galley team.
Rarely seen outside of the galley, which is naturally Stavroula’s favourite aspect of Nomad, she hopes guests’
expectations are surpassed by the food she and Nicoletta-Eirini prepare.
