From the start, he discovered his true passion and formed a deep connection with the industry. Miguel loves spending time with the crew and is committed to training others, sharing everything he learned along the way. He values his crew greatly, as he remains close to his family and believes that onboard, the crew becomes like family.

David hails from the vibrant island of Jamaica, where his love for the ocean and adventure began. Growing up surrounded by crystal-clear waters, he developed a passion for boating and enjoys the thrill of riding jet skis. When he's home, he finds joy in cooking, bringing island flavors to life. An explorer at heart, David loves venturing into the jungle, hiking to hidden waterfalls, and taking on rugged trails on an ATV. His adventurous spirit and love for the sea make him a great addition to any crew.

Brook, hailing from Durban, South Africa, discovered her calling in yachting through her deep love for people and travel. Her favorite part of the industry is connecting with like-minded individuals who share her zest for life and adventure. Brook thrives on exploring new destinations, capturing the beauty of the world through her photography, and embracing every beach adventure that comes her way. With her boundless enthusiasm and love for her work, Brook truly can’t imagine herself anywhere else, fully embracing the life that yachting offers.

Originally from Northern Colorado, Abigail had a deep passion for exploring the outdoors. The pursuit of this passion led her to yachting and she’s been traveling ever since. She loves the amount of places she has gotten to experience during her time in the yachting industry so far. In additional to her time spent at sea, she enjoy photography, music, reading, and motorsports.

Bobby is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service for guests. Known for his friendly and positive attitude, he brings enthusiasm and professionalism to every task. When not working on the water, Bobby enjoys playing the guitar, skiing, and indulging his love for sports, especially baseball and football. His goal is always to deliver the best experience possible, both on and off the yacht.

Kate, originally from Colorado, has always been drawn to adventure and discovery. Her passion for exploring new places, immersing herself in different cultures, and living on the ocean led her to pursue a career in yachting. Kate’s love for hiking, which blossomed in the mountains of Colorado, continues to inspire her as she navigates island landscapes. Whether swimming in the ocean, tackling a challenging trail, or getting lost in the pages of a good book, Kate fully embraces every opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.

Originally from Lima Peru, Pamela and her family migrated to the United States in search of a better life, when she was only 13 years old.
Settling in sunny South Florida put Pamela in the epicenter of the yachting industry of the yachting industry. Following her high school graduation, she found employment at companies that specialized in servicing mega yachts and it was then, she realized how much she enjoyed meeting crew from different countries and hearing their exciting travel stories. After years of working land based, Pamela decided to take the plunge and experience working on a yacht.
Pamela enjoys travel, fitness and the culinary arts & yachting has given her the opportunity to indulge in all three and much more.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Blake spent much of his childhood cruising the Pacific and Sea of Cortez aboard his family’s boat, where his deep connection to the sea and maritime skills took root early on.

Today, as Chief Officer and founder of CK Elite, Blake has established himself as a recognized leader in the superyacht and luxury industry.
Known for setting high standards and mentoring up-and-coming talent, he’s committed to elevating goals while refining standards in the super yacht & luxury industry.

With over 70,000 nautical miles under his belt, Blake holds his MCA Master 200GT, Chief Mate 500GT, and OOW certifications. As Ship’s Security Officer, he oversees deck operations, manages vessel administration, and maintains navigational watches ensuring every journey runs smoothly and safely.

When on rotation, Blake’s passion for exploration continues. He’s traveled to more than 51 countries spanning six continents, undertaking global expeditions from Everest to the Andes to the Amazon , always seeking authentic connections and cultural immersion wherever he roams.

Richard was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica. His passion for engineering came from working with his father as an auto mechanic since the age of 13. It was due to this passion and genuine love of water sports he decided to pursue a degree in Marine engineering at the Caribbean Maritime University. Richard enjoys water sports, hiking exploring new places and learning about different cultures

Welcome aboard! My name is Richard McKee, and I hail from a small town in Texas, not far from Dallas-Fort Worth. Growing up on lakes and rivers, I developed a deep love for the water early on, which led me to compete in wakeboarding at a semi-professional level. That same passion for adventure and exploration now drives my career as a yacht captain.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of navigating some of the world’s most stunning waters—from the vibrant reefs of the Bahamas and the idyllic shores of the Caribbean to the rugged coastline of Alaska. I’ve explored waters along both coasts of North America, from Mexico to Alaska and from Boston down through the Grenadines. No matter where we sail, my goal is to craft unforgettable experiences tailored to every guest.

The Caribbean holds a special place in my heart. Its crystal-clear waters, hidden coves, and laid-back lifestyle make it one of my favorite regions to explore, and I love helping guests discover its magic firsthand.

When I’m not at the helm, you’ll likely find me riding my mountain bike, scuba diving, swimming, or hiking in the great outdoors. I’m always seeking new adventures and enjoy sharing that spirit with my guests.
