Having worked extensively on both sailing catamarans and motor yachts, Ilenija is confident across interior service, housekeeping, guest care, and light galley support, while also assisting on deck when needed. Her calm, adaptable nature and positive energy make her a valued crew member in both busy charter programs and delivery passages. Passionate about the ocean and outdoor living, she especially enjoys windsurfing and spending time at sea.

Carlos is a hardworking and versatile deckhand with solid experience cruising throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean onboard the Sanlorenzo SL90 M/Y NOTYNOG. Originally from Costa Rica, he brings a calm, dependable attitude and a strong team-oriented approach to every aspect of deck operations.
Since entering the yachting industry, Carlos has developed hands-on expertise in deck maintenance, mooring operations, anchoring, tender driving, and guest support. He is equally comfortable assisting with watersports and tender logistics as he is supporting hospitality operations. His adaptability and positive energy make him a valuable presence onboard, always ready to step in wherever needed to ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.
Having cruised extensively through the Bahamas, St Barths, and the wider West Indies, Carlos enjoys life at sea and takes pride in maintaining high standards onboard while creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and crew alike.

Captain Ivan brings over 15 years of yachting experience in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas to M/Y NOTYNOG, with a calm, confident presence that instantly puts guests at ease. Having worked his way up through the ranks — from deckhand to first officer, and now captain — Ivan has served on a variety of Azimut, Ferretti, and Sanlorenzo yachts throughout the Mediterranean.
Since taking the helm of NOTYNOG in 2022, he has earned a reputation for his hands-on leadership style, attention to safety, and quietly efficient approach to guest service.
Ivan is also a skilled technician with a solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and onboard systems — an invaluable asset when ensuring seamless operations on charter.
Whether navigating a busy anchorage in Corsica or ensuring smooth service behind the scenes, Ivan’s steady hand and approachable manner make every charter feel effortless.
Living in Costa Rica has deepened his appreciation for wellness and nature—a balance he now weaves into life at sea. Off duty, he enjoys surfing, diving, yoga, and sharing positive energy with guests and crew alike.

Chef Ekaterina brings a strong blend of yachting and luxury hospitality experience to NOTYNOG. With previous experience as sole Chef aboard a 37m motor yacht and crew cook on a 50m yacht during refit, she is well-versed in the demands of life at sea, from provisioning and menu planning to delivering consistently high standards of guest and crew dining.
Drawing on her background in renowned Italian restaurants, including the two Michelin-starred L'Olivo in Capri, Ekaterina's culinary style centres on fresh Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients, vibrant flavours, seafood, homemade pastas, antipasti, and healthy, beautifully presented dishes. She is adept at tailoring menus to guest preferences, dietary requirements, and wellness-focused lifestyles while maintaining efficient galley operations.
Ekaterina combines professionalism, creativity, and a warm hospitality approach to create memorable dining experiences, making her a valuable member of the NOTYNOG team.
