NOTYNOG isn’t your average charter yacht. This 90-foot (27.6m) Sanlorenzo SL90 Asymmetric, delivered in 2022, is built for those who want to slice through the water at 25 knots, unwind in sleek, sun-soaked spaces, and do it all with a level of comfort and style that feels completely effortless. Her asymmetrical design is a game-changer, expanding the interior volume for a larger salon and master suite while creating a better flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Step inside and you’re immediately wrapped in that signature Sanlorenzo cool. Interior designer Marty Lowe has kept things fresh, modern, and flooded with light. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a drop-down bulwark on the port side dissolve the line between inside and out, especially when you're anchored somewhere dreamy. The vibe is calm but elevated, with plush furniture from Poltrona Frau, Minotti, and Bonaldo, parquet floors underfoot, and a formal dining table that comfortably seats eight. The full-beam master suite on the main deck is a total retreat, complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, blackout shades, custom Italian linens, and an electric skylight for stargazing or lazy morning sunshine. The ensuite is stylish, spacious, and completely private. Below deck, there’s a generous VIP with a queen bed and its own ensuite, plus two double guest cabins that are equally comfortable. Since entering the yachting industry, Carlos has developed hands-on expertise in deck maintenance, mooring operations, anchoring, tender driving, and guest support. He is equally comfortable assisting with watersports and tender logistics as he is supporting hospitality operations. His adaptability and positive energy make him a valuable presence onboard, always ready to step in wherever needed to ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.
Having cruised extensively through the Bahamas, St Barths, and the wider West Indies, Carlos enjoys life at sea and takes pride in maintaining high standards onboard while creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and crew alike.

Having worked his way up through the ranks — from deckhand to first officer, and now captain — Ivan has served on a variety of Azimut, Ferretti, and Sanlorenzo yachts throughout the Mediterranean.
Since taking the helm of NOTYNOG in 2022, he has earned a reputation for his hands-on leadership style, attention to safety, and quietly efficient approach to guest service.
Ivan is also a skilled technician with a solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and onboard systems — an invaluable asset when ensuring seamless operations on charter.

With previous experience as sole Chef aboard a 37m motor yacht and crew cook on a 50m yacht during refit, she is well-versed in the demands of life at sea, from provisioning and menu planning to delivering consistently high standards of guest and crew dining.
Drawing on her background in renowned Italian restaurants, including the two Michelin-starred L'Olivo in Capri, Ekaterina's culinary style centres on fresh Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients, vibrant flavours, seafood, homemade pastas, antipasti, and healthy, beautifully presented dishes. She is adept at tailoring menus to guest preferences, dietary requirements, and wellness-focused lifestyles while maintaining efficient galley operations.
