Passionate about food since high school, Ivan has owned both a pizzeria and a gelateria, bringing authentic flavor and flair to everything he creates in the galley. Living in Costa Rica deepened his appreciation for wellness and nature—a balance he now weaves into life at sea. Off duty, he enjoys surfing, diving, yoga, and sharing positive energy with guests and crew alike.
