Tamara was born in Serbia, where she completed a diploma in business and economics. She soon realised that one main element was missing from her life, the sea! Tamara then enrolled into nautical school in Montenegro where she experienced all the different aspects of the yachting industry, from yard work to silver service. Tamara is very versatile through her seven year experience in the industry, being very professional with a great attention to detail, Tamara will ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service, whilst feeling like they are in their own homes. When not onboard, Tamara likes to spend her time playing Tennis, Ice skating, Fitness, Jogging. Languages: English, Croatian, Italian & Spanish - basic

Nikola comes from the beautiful coastal city of Split, Croatia. With a passion for the sea and a desire to explore the world, he embarked on his career as a deckhand in 2018. Nikola's experience and dedication have made him an invaluable member of the crew, especially when paired with Captain Josip, with whom he has previously worked on a yacht. Their established teamwork ensures efficient and seamless operations on board. Nikola possesses a thorough understanding of deck operations, including line handling, anchoring, tender operations, and general maintenance. He understands the importance of providing exceptional service to guests. Nikola is friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any guest requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their voyage.

His expertise in Mediterranean and international flavors, along with meticulous ingredient sourcing and attention to detail, ensures an exceptional dining experience for guests. Passionate about food, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes and continuously refining his skills, including in pastry-making. Josip was born in Šibenik, Croatia From the young age he found his passion for the water. Josip is highly trained and skilled professional with over 10 years of sea experience. He started as a skipper in 2010, and trough years with his hard work he quickly become Captain in 2015. Josip has many years of experience cruising the Mediterranean and the Adriatic. He guarantees that you will have an unforgettable experience of more than 1,000 islands along the Croatian coastline; discovering a crystal clear hidden beaches and coves, little coastal towns. Josip brings experience, youth and energy and looks forward to leading a great team in providing charter guests with an amazing experience onboard M/Y NOVELA for the up coming season.
