Martin is the rotational chief engineer onboard Nuri. He was born in Ottawa (Canada) and grew up in Marseille (France).
At the age of 10, he made a sailing trip with his family from Marseille to San Francisco on an 18 m sailing boat. Since then it has been his priority to be at sea. After studying in the French Merchant Marine School, Martin started to work on a cruise / expedition ship and visited places like Antarctica, India and the Mediterranean. Martin transitioned into the yachting world 9 years ago.
When he is not working Martin likes to surf, play football, snowboarding and any sport fishing.
At the age of 10, he made a sailing trip with his family from Marseille to San Francisco on an 18 m sailing boat. Since then it has been his priority to be at sea. Anton comes from a hospitality background, raised in Varna, on the coast of the Black Sea, by a family invested in the service industry. At the age of 18 he was drafted to join the Bulgarian Navy where he served for one year as training camp instructor. Later having graduated in Hospitality Management and after working on various Cruise Ships and in the hotel industry, in 2007 Anton finally found his home in yachting.
He is now a very experienced navigator and holds various qualifications including Master up to 3,000GT, advanced firefighter and PADI diver licences. He has worked on busy charter yachts pushing standards and guest experiences to new levels for over 15 years in the Mediterranean and Caribbean waters. Highlight of his career was crossing Panama Canal and cruising north to British Columbia all the way up to Alaska and East coast to Greenland. With such an extensive career, he has accumulated some special memories, from diving with sharks in the Caribbean, to a successful Mid Atlantic medical rescue.
During his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors, snowboarding and sailing with his family.

Adam is originally from the South coast of England but now lives in sunny Australia.
Growing up in a nautical family his transition into yachting as a career came naturally after studying Business at a University in the North of England. Joining the yachting industry back in 2004, he has been a captain for over a decade now and has done amazing off the beaten track itineraries; from Western Australia to remote Indonesian islands to Scandinavia and all of Europe.
Adam enjoys hospitality and prides himself in providing memorable guest experiences.
He is a dad of two beautiful kids and enjoys his off time exploring the great outdoors with them, anything from camping to family beach days.

Timana was born in Melbourne, Australia, to seafaring parents. Growing up as a sailor, Timana went to high school in Thailand, University in Australia, and then travelled land for a few years before being lured back to the ocean to start yachting as a career.
Since starting in 2016, she has traversed the Indian Ocean, explored the Mediterranean and sailed all over the Atlantic – from America and the Caribbean to the Azores and all the way up to the North Pole. Most memorable was the Seychelles with MY Plvs Vltra, Svalbard and the Azores on MV Pioneer, and every whale in between!
A background in hospitality and geography has led Timana to be an enthusiastic wine lover, of which she is forever improving her knowledge! She loves exploring new places, swimming, and making people smile.

Nina grew up in the picturesque wine country of Stellenbosch in South Africa. She has always had an keen interest in hospitality and the ocean. After school she studied Food and Beverage management for 3 years in Cape Town. During her time on land she worked in multiple 5* properties, including the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida & Ellerman House (Relais & Chateaux) in Cape Town. Combining her passions, a career within yachting came naturally after finishing her studies in 2015. She has taken some time off to do her PADI dive instructor qualification during this time and taught diving in Thailand. Nina always has a smile on her face and you will be in good hands with her looking after you.

Hailing from the sunny shores of Nice, Christopher is a French-born deckhand and assistant engineer known for his meticulous attention to detail and calm, confident presence. Having worked on busy charter yachts throughout the Med and Caribbean, he combines technical expertise with a refined hospitality background. Fluent in French, English, and touch of Italian, Christopher excels at guest relations, tender operations, and water-sports instruction. An avid sportsman with a passion for travel, he is committed to providing a seamless, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone onboard.

Robert Bloomfield, Deckhand and Assistant Engineer, discovered his love for the ocean at age 8 while learning to sail in his hometown of Los Angeles. By 16, he had become a U.S. certified sailing instructor at California Yacht Club, teaching students of all ages—from small Optimist dinghies to larger keelboats. Before joining Motor Yacht Nuri, Robert earned his B.S. in Finance & Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder. His passions extend beyond boating to include surfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and pickleball. He is excited for the season and looks forward to sharing his enthusiasm with guests aboard Nuri.

Callum Bergwerf is a highly experienced and creative Head Chef with over 10 years of global culinary expertise. His career spans high-end fine dining, luxury hotels, and busy charter yachts, including four seasons as a sole chef in the Mediterranean. Specializing in Asian-influenced Mediterranean cuisine, he brings a unique technical edge honed by working alongside master sushi chefs in Japan, where he mastered traditional techniques and the yakitori style of cooking.
With an extensive background in the vibrant restaurant scenes of Australia and Canada, Callum has proven his ability to manage all aspects of galley operations and deliver exceptional fine dining experiences. He is particularly adept at adapting to diverse dietary requirements in fast-paced yachting environments, specifically throughout the South of France and Greece. He remains passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients to create memorable culinary journeys for both guests and crew. When he is not in the galley, Callum is often found exploring the natural world, either diving under the water or snowboarding on the mountainside.

As Mike grew up in The Hague on the North coast of The Netherlands, he developed his love for the ocean from a young age.
He finished his studies to be a Sport and Physical Exercises Coordinator and loves all sorts of outdoor sports.
Mike started working in the yachting industry 9 years ago. He is the rotational chief officer on board. He holds a Chief Mate 3000 license. Being at sea in combination with providing high standard hospitality service makes that Mike loves his job!
In his free time, Mike likes to surf, cycle and swim. Especially in beautiful places he travels to with his family.
With his enthusiasm and positivity, Mike is a great addition to the crew.

With a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s in Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising, she offers a unique aesthetic flair to service and interior presentation. Her yachting journey includes key roles on M/Y Virtuosity and M/Y Anjelif, where she excelled in fast-paced charter environments and independently managed winter inventories.
A qualified lifeguard and former teacher-in-training, Matilde thrives in dynamic international teams. Her biggest adventures often involve traveling abroad to explore global fashion and design hubs. Onboard, she finds the most joy in the transformation of a vessel during detailing, ensuring a 7-star guest experience. Her favourite place on earth remains the rugged coast of her native La Spezia.
