Francesco is an experienced Captain with a lifelong passion for the sea. His maritime career began at the age of sixteen aboard his father’s fishing vessel before graduating from the Nautical Institute “Duca degli Abruzzi” in Catania and gaining valuable experience on commercial ships. After transitioning into the yachting industry, he steadily advanced to Captain, commanding both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean.
With extensive cruising experience across Sardinia, the Aeolian Islands, Greece, Turkey, Malta, the French Riviera, and the Amalfi Coast, Francesco is known for his professionalism, leadership, and hands-on approach to yacht operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed private and charter yachts, overseeing crew coordination, refit projects, vessel deliveries, and all aspects of onboard operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction.

Carmelo Toscano is an experienced yacht chef with a strong background in both the hospitality and yachting industries. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in Mediterranean and international cuisine, combining creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for high-quality ingredients.
Having served as Chef aboard several private yachts, Carmelo is responsible for menu planning, provisioning, galley management, and the preparation of personalized meals tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements. His culinary style focuses on fresh, locally sourced products, delivering refined yet authentic dishes that enhance the onboard experience.
Known for his professionalism, organization, and adaptability, Carmelo maintains the highest standards of hygiene and food safety while ensuring a smooth and efficient galley operation. He is equally comfortable preparing elegant fine-dining experiences, casual family-style meals, and live cooking presentations for special occasions on board.
With a warm personality and a guest-oriented approach, Carmelo strives to create memorable culinary experiences that reflect the luxury standards of modern yachting. Originally from Ukraine, Tetiana brings a wealth of hospitality and yachting
experience to her role as Chief Stewardess. With a background that includes
service aboard luxury yachts and cruise ships, she has developed a sharp
eye for detail, refined service standards, and strong leadership skills.
Since joining the yachting industry in 2018, Tetiana has worked on both
private and charter vessels up to 60 meters, excelling in guest service,
interior management, and crew coordination. Her calm, professional manner
and passion for elegant presentation—especially in table settings and floral
decoration—help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board.
Tetiana speaks fluent English and Ukrainian, and is always ready to go the
extra mile to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Originally from South Africa, Jessica Matchette is a dedicated and enthusiastic Stewardess with a lifelong connection to the sea and a genuine passion for the yachting industry. Having sailed since the age of eight and participated in numerous sailing regattas, she brings both maritime experience and a strong guest-focused mindset to her role on board.
Jessica has gained valuable experience as Sole Stewardess on both private and charter yachts, where she has been responsible for all interior operations, including housekeeping, service, provisioning, guest care, event organization, table settings, floral arrangements, and crew coordination. Her attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills ensure a welcoming and impeccably maintained onboard environment.
In addition to her stewardess duties, Jessica is experienced in preparing and serving guest meals, cocktails, coffees, charcuterie boards, and light catering presentations. Her hospitality background, combined with her ability to assist on deck when required, makes her a versatile and reliable crew member.
Known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, Jessica is committed to delivering exceptional service while creating a warm and memorable experience for guests.
