Salvador is a yacht captain with over 18 years of experience navigating some of the most prestigious private and charter yachts worldwide. Of Portuguese nationality, Salvador has sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, Central America, the U.S. East Coast, the Red Sea, and the Arabian Gulf, completing nine Atlantic crossings on sailing yachts.
A passionate sailor and explorer, Salvador is dedicated to excellence in his craft, combining strong technical expertise with leadership skills. Holding a Master of Yachts 3000 GT certification and a three-year Merchant Navy engineering diploma, he is also a Rescue Diver and certified life coach. Salvador is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, with conversational Italian.

Millicent is a high-performing and self-motivated Chief Stewardess with three years of experience delivering impeccable service in luxury yachting settings. With a background spanning interior operations, team leadership, fine dining, and event coordination, she brings both the skills and polish expected at the highest level of charter hospitality. Currently serving as Chief Stewardess aboard OCULUS, Millicent leads a team of three stewardesses, overseeing everything from silver service and themed events to provisioning, stock control, and housekeeping standards across all guest and crew areas. Prior to OCULUS, she held Chief Stewardess roles aboard M/Y 2 J's of London (35m, private), M/Y Silver Dream (43.8m, charter), and M/Y 2 Ladies (46.35m, private and charter). A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Architecture, Millicent brings a creative eye and structured approach to everything she does. She is also the founder of RipplesFX, a handmade resin art business, showcasing her artistic talents beyond the yachting industry.
Interests: Swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, advanced paddleboarding, wakeboarding, jet-skiing, boating, underwater videography, resin art, and fine art.

Millicent (Milly) Thurman
Chief steward/ess
Alexander is a driven and hands-on marine engineering professional with a strong mechanical background and genuine curiosity for how things work. Prior to entering yachting, he spent ten years racing and rebuilding two-stroke motorbikes, developing a deep understanding of internal combustion systems and practical problem-solving. His maritime career began aboard the 43m M/Y LADY GOODGIRL, where he gained experience across engine maintenance, oil services, pump overhauls, A/C systems, seawater strainers, and plumbing systems. He later completed an engineering placement aboard M/Y LAYAZULA before serving a full season aboard the 33m M/Y HH (San Lorenzo), where he managed warranty works, MJP jet servicing, main engine maintenance, hydraulic repairs, and electrical systems. Easygoing, focused, and highly collaborative, Alexander is committed to expanding his technical knowledge and contributing meaningfully to the engineering department.
Interests: Racing and rebuilding two-stroke motorbikes, automotive engineering, internal combustion mechanics, and marine engineering systems.

Alexander McCallum-Toppin
Engineer
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Grace brings a warm, creative, and service-oriented presence to the interior team. Before entering the yachting industry, she spent years working in early childhood education and as a professional dancer and showgirl, developing exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and confidence in connecting with people from all walks of life. Grace joined the superyacht industry in late 2025, beginning with daywork aboard M/Y ON LIBERTY and M/Y VALINOR in Antigua before securing a stewardess position aboard the 70m M/Y SHERAKHAN in Sint Maarten. She currently serves as 3rd Stewardess aboard OCULUS, where her responsibilities include laundry operations, guest cabin preparation, galley assistance, and table service during charter operations. Dedicated, loyal, and eager to grow within the industry, Grace takes pride in helping create memorable guest experiences. Her background in performance and the arts brings an additional creative dimension to her onboard presence.
Interests: Wakeboarding, kayaking, e-foiling, professional dance and musical theatre, community theatre, travel, and floral arranging.
