Originally from Genova, Italy, Erica has over ten years of experience on board both sailing and motor yachts. Her maritime career has taken her through the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the U.S East Coast, with additional experience in Atlantic passages. Her roles as a yacht cook, hostess and a chief stewardess have given her hands-on experience in guest service, galley management and interior preparation, maintaining high onboard standards. She also holds an Advanced Open Water Diver qualification. With a previous background as a barista, Erika brings culinary competence with exceptional attention to detail and she will always ensure that guests have an unforgettable time on board OHANA.

Luca, hailing from Italy, is a determined and reliable individual with a friendly and positive outlook on life. He is eager to work exceptionally hard with the crew. With ten years of experience on board luxury yachts, overseeing all technical departments, and various experiences in shipyards for refits and class surveys, Luca is a Chief Engineer who takes responsibility and thrives under pressure.

Pietro hails from Naples, Italy, and his passion for the sea and sailing brought him to the yachting world at an early age. He started as a skipper on small sailing boats when he was 19 years old, becoming Captain on board larger yachts in 2011. Loyal and trustworthy, Pietro worked for 11 years with his previous owner and is now honored to be Captain on board OHANA. Having worked on both private and charter yachts, Pietro has a strong reputation for providing an unforgettable experience to his guests, ensuring that everything flows seamlessly. Pietro has extensively cruised the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and already has two Atlantic crossing deliveries under his belt. A great sports fan, he enjoys kite surfing, kayaking, trekking, fishing, and much more in his spare time. He cannot wait to welcome you on board!

With over 10 years of experience as a marine engineer on cargo and cruise ships, and 18 years in the yachting industry on private and charter yachts as Chief Engineer, Fulvio has built up extensive experience in maintenance management, engine room operations, installations, spares management, yard period maintenance, and new builds. Safety and security of the vessel are his number one priorities on board OHANA. Fulvio’s hobbies include motorcycling, vintage motorbikes, cooking, and playing the guitar.

OHANA’s tender driver, Marian, is a highly experienced and motivated person with a strong passion for the sea and water sports. His professional skills and technical knowledge make him a reliable chase boat captain and sailor. With a very positive and hard‑working attitude, he does not give up even in the most challenging situations. He previously worked on board OHANA from 2017 to 2021, where he had the chance to visit wonderful parts of the world such as Panama, French Polynesia, and the Caribbean, as well as the Mediterranean. He is delighted to be back aboard and cannot wait to deliver the best service to the guests of OHANA.

Bruno, a seasoned professional sailor since 1990, discovered his passion for sailing at a very young age. Over the years, he has served as captain and first officer on numerous sailing yachts, embarking on many oceanic and Mediterranean cruises and regattas. In addition to his love for sailing, Bruno enjoys trekking, swimming, and canoeing.

Nicola is from Pozzuoli, a charming fishing town in the southern part of Naples. He is a positive and cheerful individual, always wearing a smile. Nicola began his career on the Island of Procida, where he worked as a mooring man at the marina. He was so fascinated by all the boats he was docking that he decided to jump on one of them, and he hasn’t looked back since. In his spare time, Nicola enjoys outdoor activities such as spearfishing, riding his motorbike, and indulging in good food.

Originally from Italy, Andrea is a serious professional and an excellent sailor since 1991. He has crossed the Atlantic 6 times, the Panama Canal twice, the Pacific 4 times, the East Indian Ocean and completed a world circumnavigation. Before joining the OHANA crew, Andrea has worked as Chief Officer / Captain on different sailing yachts. Andrea is extremely sporty: besides being a sailing instructor, he enjoys kitesurfing, wing foil, wakeboarding, scuba diving, surfing, and snowboarding. With him, guests can be sure that they are in good hands. Last but not least, he speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Noah was born in Pietra Ligure, Italy, and completed his studies at the Italian Shipping Academy in Genoa. He worked for four years on passenger ships before transitioning to the yachting industry, where he has gained one year of experience. Noah is a young and generous individual, always available and ready to offer the best of himself to ensure great moments for his guests. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, diving, cycling, snowboarding, and football.

Raised in Porto Santo Stefano, a small village in Tuscany, Eleonora comes from a family of mariners. She developed a passion for boating and decided to start her boating experience at the age of 21. Eleonora worked as a stewardess on a 50-meter motor yacht for two years before joining OHANA in the summer of 2023. In her free time, she loves traveling around the world and practicing yoga. Eleonora is a lovely, smiling person who creates a positive atmosphere on board and always gives her best.
