Makysm brings a wealth of experience from both commercial vessels and motor yachts, with a strong focus on reliability and smooth engine room operations.

Outside of work, Maksym enjoys an active lifestyle and watersports such as jet skiing and paddleboarding. Easygoing and positive, he is always happy to help and contributes to a good atmosphere on board, ensuring guests aboard OKKO enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable time at sea.

Maksym joined OKKO in January 2024.

Francesco brings a strong maritime background and years of experience at sea, having started his career on commercial vessels at the age of 19. After working extensively as a Deck Officer in navigation and bridge watchkeeping, he moved into the yachting industry in 2019 and progressed to the role of Captain. Friendly, motivated, and passionate about life on the water, Francesco is excited to join the team aboard OKKO as Chief Officer.

He looks forward to welcoming guests on board and helping create a safe, relaxed, and memorable experience throughout every charter.

Francesco joined OKKO in May 2026.

Her love for the sea and hospitality began at an early age. With a background in Tourism and Hospitality and experience as a Hotel and Property Manager, she naturally transitioned into yachting, starting her career aboard a 38m sailing yacht in France nearly a decade ago. Since then, she has worked on private and charter yachts from 35 to 60 meters across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Warm, attentive, and detail-focused, Ana takes pride in creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board, ensuring guests feel at home and enjoy a memorable charter experience.

Chef Armin is a talented culinary professional with over 15 years of experience, delivering exceptional dining experiences. Trained in Hungary, he combines classical European techniques with modern presentation, creating beautifully crafted dishes using the finest local ingredients. Known for his versatility across a range of international cuisines, Armin consistently exceeds guest expectations with his creativity, attention to detail, and ability to cater to individual preferences and dietary requirements. Calm, professional, and highly organised, he is equally skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and galley management, ensuring a seamless and memorable culinary experience for every charter.

From a young age, time spent at Vygeboom Dam sparked his love for the water and watersports, leading to a natural passion for life at sea. As a hardworking and enthusiastic deckhand, he brings a positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit on board. Always eager to learn and grow, he enjoys working alongside experienced crew while helping create a fun and enjoyable experience for guests throughout the charter.

With solid experience in ship operations, machinery and engine maintenance, and onboard safety, he is confident stepping in where needed and contributing from day one.

He enjoys working in busy, dynamic environments, solving problems as they come, and supporting the team wherever possible. Open-minded and respectful of different cultures, he works well with people from all backgrounds and helps create a positive and cohesive atmosphere on board.
