Chef with 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry and specialisation in Private Chef. I stand out for my ability to accurately identify the company's operational needs and develop solutions aimed at cutting costs, improving profits and increasing customer satisfaction. Professional training in haute cuisine courses, a diploma in Accounting and strong motivation, combined with a spirit of adaptation and solid management and operational skills.

Lizette is originally from South Africa and has a strong background in the hospitality industry. She worked as a co-owner and manager on 4-stars RSAs in South Africa and England for 7 years, where she acquired familiarity with different nationalities, and in 2019 she finally joined the yachting industry. Prior to OKSANCHIK Lizette worked as a Sole Stewardess, 2nd Stewardess and then Chief Stewardess on various busy yachts: 33m M/Y Best Off, 40m M/Y Superfun and 28m M/Y Excelerate. Now she is ready to deliver the best service onboard OKSANCHIK! Her interests include sewing, reading, arts and crafts, event planning, photograpy and hiking.

Born and raised in Croatia, Roko has a strong background as officer on commercial vessels he is now ready to take new responsibilities on bord OKSANCHIK. Roko has attended the maritime High School in Zadar, Croatia, and he continued his education by undertaking Nautical and Maritime Transport Studies at the University of Zadar. He has been working in the maritime industry since almost ten years now, while he had recently joined the yachting sector, working on board motor yachts up to 42m occupying deckhand’s and first mate’s duties, among others. With extensive experience in navigation, strong tender driving skills and ship maintenance, Roko has a number of skills related to vessels, including risk assessment, rope skills, passage planning, anchoring, polishing and varnishing. In addition, he has good organization and communication skills, while he supports teamwork, and he is used to hard work. He speaks English and Croatian, and he will ensure guests’ safety on bord OKSANCHIK.

Originally from Italy, Luka has extensive experience in yachting and cruising. He joined the maritime industry more than 13 years ago and has sailed the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Norwegian and Baltic seas. He worked on yachts from 20 to 45m as electrician, engineer and then progressed up to Captain. He is Captain of OKSANCHIK since 2019 and will always make sure that the guests have an unforgettable experience whilst onboard and that everything flows as seamlessly as possible. His interests include swimming, reading, new technologies, cars and water sports.
