Ivan is a dedicated deckhand with a strong maritime background and a bachelor's degree in Nautical Studies. Prior to entering yachting, he served as a 3rd officer with OSM Thome, gaining valuable experience in navigation, watchkeeping, and safety procedures. In his role as deckhand, Ivan is responsible for exterior maintenance, tender operations, docking assistance, mooring operations, and watchkeeping. He is a reliable and hardworking crew member who also assists with technical maintenance alongside the engineer when required. With his strong work ethic, and positive attitude, he is committed to ensuring smooth yacht operations while contributing to an enjoyable and safe experience for guests on board M/Y OKSANCHIK.

A Trinidadian native with an exceptional international culinary career, Chef Natasha brings a wealth of expertise gained from working in some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens, including the three-Michelin-starred Mirazur in France. Having travelled to more than 50 countries, she has developed a deep understanding of global cuisines, cultures, and flavors, allowing her to create highly personalized and memorable dining experiences.

She brings an extensive experience in both luxury hospitality and yachting, having served as Head Chef aboard several prestigious sailing yachts including S/Y Drumbeat, S/Y Parsifal III, and S/Y Panthalassa. Her expertise spans fine dining, menu development, provisioning, special dietary requirements and large-scale entertaining and now she is currently pursuing further studies in Culinary Psychology through Harvard University.

Her career has seen her cook for dignitaries, celebrities, and royalty, earning a reputation for creativity, professionalism, and culinary excellence. A great asset to M/Y OKSANCHIK, she consistently delivers unforgettable dining experiences, enhancing every charter with her passion and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Having served as Chief Engineer aboard M/Y Oksanchik for the past three years, Sebastian is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with over 15 years in the maritime industry. Combining a strong engineering background with a guest-focused approach, he plays an integral role in ensuring the yacht operates seamlessly, allowing guests to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and worry-free experience onboard.

Known for his calm demeanour, reliability, and problem-solving abilities, Sebastian takes pride in maintaining the highest standards while supporting both guests and crew. Originally from Croatia, he has a lifelong passion for mechanics and enjoys rebuilding motorcycles and repairing machinery in his spare time. His hands-on nature, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make him a valued member of the crew.

Originally from Italy, Luka has extensive experience in yachting and cruising. He joined the maritime industry more than 13 years ago and has sailed the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Norwegian and Baltic seas. He worked on yachts from 20 to 45m as electrician, engineer and then progressed up to Captain. He is Captain of OKSANCHIK since 2019 and will always make sure that the guests have an unforgettable experience whilst onboard and that everything flows as seamlessly as possible. His interests include swimming, reading, new technologies, cars and water sports.
