Terry, a seasoned marine engineer, devoted nine years of service to the Royal Navy before embarking on a remarkable 12-year journey with our yacht.
Hailing from the captivating West Coast of Scotland, Terry’s academic pursuits led him to Newcastle, a city that left such an impression that he now calls it home.
In addition to his maritime expertise, Terry is the driving force behind the M/Y OLYMPUS’ Newcastle United supporters the club, underscoring his passion for the sea and sports.
While not at sea, Terry treasures quality time with his cherished wife and two beautiful daughters, even if dancing and gymnastics are not his forte.
Beyond family life, Terry’s heart belongs to Padel Tennis and the exciting realm of new technology, with a particular affinity for Audio Visual Systems.
With a wealth of experience and an unyielding zest for life, Terry is an invaluable member of our yacht family.

Jaime Martínez is a motivated and hardworking deck crew member with experience on board high-profile private yachts. Most recently serving on M/Y IRYNA and M/Y PAPA, he has developed strong skills in deck operations, tender driving, maintenance, and navigational watchkeeping.
With a disciplined approach and great attention to detail, Jaime is always looking to grow and deliver the highest standards on board.
Reliable, energetic, and a strong team player, Jaime brings a positive attitude and enthusiasm to every role. Outside of yachting, he enjoys staying active through running and fitness, spending time outdoors, videography, drone piloting, and creating action videos of his adventures.

Chef Daniel Antonio Contreras is an experienced yacht chef with a strong background on private and charter yachts ranging from 30 to 97 metres. With experience across the Caribbean, Mexico and the United States, he specialises in Mediterranean and international cuisine, creating healthy, flavourful dishes for both guests and crew. Warm, adaptable and passionate about travel, Daniel brings a calm, guest-focused approach to the galley.
Fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, he connects easily with those on board and enjoys bringing fresh inspiration to every menu.

Teddy’s strong passion for cooking and travelling began at a young age, inspiring him to leave his home in Zimbabwe to explore the world and pursue his culinary ambitions.
His journey has taken him across a number of countries, including Australia, where he further developed his skills and appreciation for international cuisine.
When not in the galley, Teddy enjoys discovering new cultures, flavours and destinations, all of which continue to inspire his approach to cooking on board.

Matthew Lennox is an experienced Chief/Second Officer with a strong background on large private and charter yachts. Most recently serving on board M/Y AVANTAGE and M/Y VENTUM MARIS, he brings extensive experience in navigation, safety, crew management, and smooth deck operations.
With a professional yet hands-on approach, Matthew is a dependable team member who takes pride in maintaining high standards while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience on board.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable, Matthew combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for guest interaction. Before yachting, his background as a watersports instructor helped shape his love for creating memorable experiences on the water.
Outside of work, he enjoys diving, freediving, kitesurfing, sailing, rugby, and discovering new cultures.

Ryan comes from the scenic Garden Route in South Africa, where his deep love for the ocean and water sports originates from. He spends much of his time in or around the water. He enjoys surfing, free diving, spear fishing and hiking. With a background in lifesaving and sea rescue, he learned a lot about the ocean and the respect it deserves.
Ryan has chosen to pursue a career on sea, proudly joining the crew on board M/Y Olympus, sharing his passions with like minded individuals and ensuring the safe operations onboard, allowing all those we welcome to enjoy the beauty of the waters he has grown to love so dearly.

Arnaud Berthelier is a Certified Master Chef with over 30 years of international fine-dining experience, bringing Michelin-star pedigree to the world of private yachting and luxury estates. French-American and fluent in five languages, he is exceptionally comfortable with charter guests from all backgrounds, creating a warm, approachable onboard atmosphere while delivering cuisine at the highest level. Having served as sole chef on 32–34m private and charter yachts, as well as for UHNW families in villas and estates, Arnaud understands the rhythm of charter life—flexible scheduling, diverse preferences, themed evenings, beach BBQs, and seamless crew collaboration. His style is refined yet guest-focused: beautifully presented dishes that are flavour-driven, generous, and tailored precisely to client preferences and dietary requirements.

Laura is originally from Manchester, UK, and brings a wealth of massage and wellness experience from working in salons, spas and, more recently, the superyacht industry.
Since joining yachting in 2023, she has enjoyed combining her passion for wellness with delivering exceptional guest care across the interior.
With a calm and caring approach, Laura is passionate about helping guests feel relaxed and rejuvenated throughout their time on board. Her attention to detail, warm personality and professional attitude allow her to create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering a high standard of service and care.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys health, wellness and maintaining an active lifestyle, all of which continue to inspire her passion for guest wellbeing.

Yoana Shopova grew up in a historic city in the heart of Bulgaria, where her early curiosity and sense of adventure first began.
This passion for exploring the world naturally led her into the yachting industry. Working alongside experienced yachting professionals has allowed Yoana to develop strong operational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Her continued progression within yacht interior service reflects her ability to observe, plan, prepare and adapt in a fast-paced environment. She takes great pride in contributing to the high standards of **M/Y OLYMPUS** and upholding the trust placed in her.
Outside of work, Yoana appreciates natural beauty, a job well done, a great story and a positive atmosphere — along with, of course, a good black coffee.

Nathan is a qualified electrician and previously owned his own electrical company.
Since deciding to pursue a career in yachting, he is now focused on building his future as a 2nd Engineer. He has a strong passion for both mechanical and electrical systems and genuinely enjoys working with his hands, solving problems and taking on new challenges.
Nathan is a calm, approachable and positive crew member who enjoys being around people.
Highly active and passionate about sport, he enjoys waterskiing, padel, snowboarding, golf and fishing. Nathan looks forward to welcoming guests on board this summer.
