Jonathan Albury serves as Mate aboard the M/Y ONE AND ONLY, bringing a wealth of experience, a hands-on approach, and a deep passion for the sea to his role. A Bahamian native with yachting in his blood—his family has been boating for four generations—Jonathan combines technical expertise with exceptional hospitality to create memorable guest experiences on board.

Jonathan has previously held key positions on yachts such as M/Y Catching Moments (150’ Richmond) and M/Y Cynthia (55M Feadship), excelling in deck operations, tender handling, water sports training, and extensive charter service. During his tenure aboard M/Y ONE AND ONLY, he has successfully completed over 40 charters and boss trips, served as the tender captain for a 37’ Scout, and overseen exterior maintenance and yard periods with precision and dedication.

Certified as a Master of Yacht 200T and with additional qualifications including Powerboat Level II, STCW, and ENG1, Jonathan’s skills encompass navigation watch standing, fiberglass repair, tender towing, and teak and stainless restoration. His focus on safety and attention to detail ensure smooth operations and a safe, enjoyable environment for all on board.

In his downtime, Jonathan enjoys big game fishing, spear fishing, and honing his engineering skills on automobiles and outboard motors. A former competitive swimmer and water polo player who represented his country, Jonathan is a dynamic team player who thrives in high-energy environments and is dedicated to excellence in everything he undertakes.

Born and raised in the Bahamas, Captain Dario Ferguson embodies the warm, professional hospitality his islands are known for. Before transitioning to yachting, he built a strong foundation in luxury service while working at a 5-star resort, gaining hands-on experience in guest relations and high-end operations.

With more than 14 years in hospitality and over 11 years in yachting, Dario has worked aboard both private and charter vessels up to 50 meters and has spent the past three years in command of yachts between 100 and 130 feet. He is known for his calm leadership, focus on safety, and commitment to creating smooth, enjoyable charter experiences.

Having cruised extensively throughout the Bahamas, Caribbean, and U.S. East Coast, Dario brings deep local knowledge and a personal touch to every itinerary. His Bahamian heritage shines through in his approach — professional, genuine, and service-oriented — ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxed and memorable time on board.

Born and raised in Ukraine, Margaryta was often influenced by art, science, and sports, which shaped her curiosity and love for nature as well as new travel experiences.

Margaryta initially studied IT/software programming, but soon realized her true calling lay beyond a desk job. In her early 20s, she began her maritime career with a major cruise line, where she spent eight years in the entertainment department, hosting onboard game shows and dance classes while traveling to more than 60 countries.

In 2021, Margaryta transitioned into the yachting industry, continuing her career at sea, this time as a deckhand. Today, she is an experienced stewardess who takes great pride in creating a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere on board M/Y One & Only.
