Matija Milovanovic is a 24-year-old Head Chef from Belgrade, Serbia. He has experience in the yachting industry as well as in high-end restaurants, including Michelin three-star kitchens. His professional background has shaped a strong focus on precision, organization, and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
His cooking style is rooted in French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine, combining classical techniques with a modern approach. He prioritizes fresh, seasonal ingredients and enjoys creating both refined multi-course menus and relaxed, family-style meals, always tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.
Having worked on both private and busy charter yachts, he is confident in managing all aspects of the galley while maintaining consistency and high standards in a fast-paced environment.
His cooking style is rooted in French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine, combining classical techniques with a modern approach. With her cheerful personality, extensive experience in hospitality, and a strong commitment to delivering service at the highest luxury standards, she is dedicated to ensuring that every experience at One Blue is both exclusive and unforgettable.

Marko was born in 2000 in the small town of Šibenik. He has three years of experience in yachting and ten years of experience in Olympic sailing. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, he works tirelessly to continuously improve and develop his skills in order to provide the best possible experience on board.

Katija is from Croatia and she has always been strongly connected to the sea. She is a hardworking and professional yacht Stewardess with a positive attitude. She has a strong background in every kind of service, barkeeping and hospitality spanning over 10 years (on 25 m to 50 m motor/sailing yachts). Katija is flexible, communicative, friendly and extremely capable of working either in a team environment or as an individual relying on her own initiative. She is an organized person with a great eye for detail. Katija is passionate about making guest feel comfortable and making sure they are always happy and satisfied. In her free time she likes to keep busy with travelling, cycling, cooking , sea activities, skiing, listening to music and taking photos. Katija is looking forward to welcoming guests on board and ensuring the best time possible.

Studies in Split, Toni started to sail in 2005 on large cruise ships. With so many years at the sea, Toni has gained a lot of experience in safety, environmental and engineering matters. In 2021 he started to work in the yachting industry.

Captain Ivo always does his best to make every client´s wish come true and to accommodate the guests in the best possible way. He is looking forward to welcoming guests on board and doing his best to create unforgettable memories.
