Captain Iksan Gezer has more than 25 years of experience running private and charter yachts across Europe. Comfortable with both sailing and motor yachts, he has worked his way from 27-metre sailing yachts to larger Benetti and Numarine superyachts, also overseeing new builds and yacht deliveries.He has extensive knowledge of the Aegean, Mediterranean and Adriatic regions. He is highly experienced in navigation and passage planning, bringing both technical skill and a steady presence on board. Over the years, Captain Iksan has hosted European and American charter guests as well as private owners and their families. Friendly, professional and easy to communicate with, he creates a relaxed atmosphere while making sure guests always feel safe and well looked after.

Orcun is a motivated and experienced deckhand with five years of hands-on experience on private and charter yachts operating in Turkish and Greek waters. With a background in maritime education and practical experience on yachts from 37 to 75 metres, he brings a solid understanding of daily deck operations and onboard service. He is skilled in tender driving, jet ski operations, water sports support and general deck maintenance. Whether assisting with tender transfers, helping with water sports or simply maintaining a professional and approachable presence on deck, he understands the importance of attentive and discreet service.

Oltan Gul is a seasoned Chief Engineer with over 16 years at sea with his most recent engagement being aboard a 50-metre superyacht, before joining ONE ZERO. In the engine room, Oltan is methodical, thorough and well prepared. His approach is proactive: keeping machinery in peak condition, anticipating issues before they arise and ensuring the vessel is always ready. Discreet, calm under pressure and highly professional, Oltan understands the standards that owners and charter guests expect on board.
