Calm, organised and approachable, Giuseppe ensures safe and smooth navigation while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere onboard. His local insight allows him to craft well-paced itineraries, balancing iconic destinations with more private anchorages.

Giuseppe is an Italian Executive Chef with a strong background in both fine dining and luxury yachting. Trained at the prestigious Gambero Rosso Culinary Academy in Rome, where he graduated with top marks, he built his early career in Michelin-starred restaurants before moving into the yachting industry.
Over the years, Giuseppe has worked on several sailing and motor yachts, including M/Y Alaska 50m, S/Y Perini Heritage 50m, S/Y Lady G 30m and M/Y Gigi I, bringing a refined yet personal approach to life on board. His cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean tradition, with a strong respect for seasonal ingredients, raw materials and elegant presentation.
Creative, precise and passionate, Giuseppe enjoys adapting his menus to each guest’s preferences, combining high-level technique with warmth, flexibility and the ability to create memorable dining experiences at sea.

He has worked with major companies such as MSC Cruises, Princess Cruises and Grimaldi Lines, before moving into the yachting sector where he now serves as Chief Engineer on charter yachts.
Highly practical and solution-oriented, Alessio ensures the smooth operation of all technical systems onboard. His proactive approach and strong work ethic contribute to a reliable and safe environment for both guests and crew.
He is also actively involved during manoeuvres and supports the crew when needed, bringing a strong team spirit onboard.
