Sakis studied at the Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra, earning a Captain C' Class diploma. He began his maritime career in the shipping industry, serving as a 2nd officer and apprentice officer on vessels operated by some of the largest companies. Seeking to further develop his skills, Sakis transitioned into the yachting sector, where he continues to grow professionally. Passionate about the sea and adventure, he enjoys fishing and has a strong enthusiasm for motorsports.

Konstantinos holds a degree in Electrical Installations and Automation and is a licensed Merchant Navy Electrotechnician. Prior to joining our team, Konstantinos had served on passenger vessels for three years, as an electro-technician in maintenance, damage and repairs department. He is a hard worker that loves his job and enjoys every moment on board. He cannot wait to face new challenges in yachting as a member of our experienced crew and develop his skills and knowledge.

Chef Christos is a highly experienced Greek chef and pastry specialist with over 20 years of professional culinary experience in Greece’s top hospitality destinations, including Athens, Santorini, Rhodes, and Antiparos. He has worked in high-end restaurants and resorts and his expertise spans from contemporary fine dining, to à la carte service, and private chef experiences on luxury villas and yachts. A graduate of Le Monde Culinary Institute (2013–2015), he combines strong kitchen management skills with creativity in both hot and cold cuisine.

Kateryna studied at Ilyichevsky Maritime College where she specialized in Sales Management. She has a lot of experience in service provision as she worked in cruise ships, restaurants and hotels for many years. In 2019 she moved to the yachting industry where she became an expert in food and table preparation. Her kind and positive personality will make our guests feel comfortable and welcome on board.

Lileth has completed the STCW basic training and holds certificates in passenger ship safety training and security awareness. With previous experience on multiple cruise liners and a renowned mega yacht, she has become an expert in silver services, housekeeping and flower decorations. Her constant focus on acquiring new knowledge and progressing professionally makes her an ideal match for our team as she will do her utmost best to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay on board.

Valentina holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Institute of Hotel and Tourism studies in Athens, Greece. She also holds an F&B diploma from IST college Athens, Greece and the Wine-tasting Level 1 diploma. She has attended lots of seminars such and Food Hygiene, HACCP, Communication, Alain Ducasse / Naturalité Cuisine, Martin Lippo / Liquid Nitrogen techniques and other. She has participated in the TV show “Master Chef 2” Greece, she is a Recipe Writer for the “Sugarfree” press in Athens and also, she has been a Chef instructor at City Unity College. In 2022 she was awarded the Golden Medal from the Greek Taste Beyond Borders organization and in 2023 she was awarded as an ambassador for Greek Gastronomy from the same organization. Her previous experience includes working in renowned restaurants in Greece and abroad, where she had the chance to create unique dishes based on worldwide cuisines. After a decade of constant improvement, Valentina decided to face new challenges and joined the yachting industry in 2016. Describing her cuisine as everything from fusion and ethnic to traditional with a twist, tasty and colorful, the 34 years old Chef, takes pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients for her dishes on board. For her cooking is a soulful ritual, paying at the same time a lot of attention to presentation when plating. She has been member of our team since 2016 and we are thrilled to have such a passionate and professional Chef on board.

Nikos has always had a passion for the sea and, as a result, decided to follow a profession related to maritime and commenced a career in the yachting industry. He holds a degree in plumbing and, in the past, worked as a plumber. After three successful seasons as a crew member on luxury motor yachts he recently joined our team and is more excited than ever.

George holds a Bachelor degree in Shipping, Trade and Transport from University of the Aegean and STCW certificates. He also holds a speedboat operator license. Despite his degree, George always wanted to work at sea and started working on fishing vessels in 2012. He moved to yachting in 2016, finding his dream job on luxurious motor yachts and later joined our team. He is polite, friendly and always works hard.

George Siagiannis

Marica holds numerous hotel services certifications and also completed a hotel orientation program in 2009. Furthermore, she completed the basic safety training for seafarers in 2016 and holds essential STCW certificates. From 2010 until 2015, she worked at resorts and restaurants where she managed to sharpen her skills and gain important knowledge. However, she later joined the yachting industry and was given the opportunity to serve the Royal Family of the UAE as a Stewardess on their private yachts. Marica is highly motivated and always aims to provide high quality services.
