With over 3 decades of experience in the marine industry, Justin has mastered
vessels over 30 metres and has extensive experience chartering vessels along Australia’s east coast, particularly in Sydney. Justin has also captained a 45 metre charter vessel in Europe and Greece and worked as an engineer in the Kimberlys, WA.
Justin’s expertise extends to managing large marine organisations as an operations manager. Throughout his career, he has mastered a wide range of vessels, including superyachts, tugs & high-speed craft. Known for his exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills, Justin is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of Marine OperationsMarine Operations.

Bronte was born in Tasmania & raised in Queensland where her parents owned pubs and high-end restaurants. It is here she developed a passion for fine dining, top quality service and being surrounded by all walks of life. Bronte has had a successful career in the Superyacht industry which has taken her all over the world for the past 8 years, refifining her expertise in luxury service &
operations. Whether on land, or at sea, Bronte thrives in dynamic environments
where excellence is the standard.

Sammy Jakubiak, winner of My Kitchen Rules 2011, is a renowned TV home cook, caterer, and owner of Sydney’s popular Frank’s Deli. With a deep connection to her Polish heritage and global cuisines, she has built a successful career in food, appearing on numerous TV shows, including Sammy and Bella’s Kitchen Rescue on Netflix. She has judged Polish MasterChef, taught cooking classes nationwide, and co-hosted the Academia Barilla World Pasta
Championships in Italy. Her latest venture, Frank’s Deli in Waverley, has gained instant acclaim, with its sandwiches ranked among Sydney’s best by Urban List. Most recently, she has become one of Sydney Harbour’s most sought-after superyacht chefs, bringing her signature flavors and expertise to luxury dining at sea.

From polishing champagne flutes on luxury decks to keeping things running
smoothly in fast-paced situations, he has honed his skills in service, organisation and making guests feel at home – whether they’re theatre-goers or world traveler’s. No matter where he is, he brings a passionately warm, down-to-earth approach to hospitality.

Zander grew up in Sydney, Australia -havingZander having always been close to the water he has always had a passion for sailing and being at sea. Zander enjoys keeping fit & active whether that be hiking and exploring or exercising.
Zander spent a season last year working on Superyachts in the South of France - here he learned quickly the high standard required for the industry.
Zander is enjoying being back on Aussie soil to gain more knowledge and further his studies in the hopes of one day becoming a Captain.
