vessels over 30 metres and has extensive experience chartering vessels along Australia’s east coast, particularly in Sydney. Justin has also captained a 45 metre charter vessel in Europe and Greece and worked as an engineer in the Kimberlys, WA.
Justin’s expertise extends to managing large marine organisations as an operations manager. Throughout his career, he has mastered a wide range of vessels, including superyachts, tugs & high-speed craft. Rachael Ligtenberg is a highly experienced Chief Stewardess from Sydney, with
extensive expertise in luxury yachting and high-end hospitality. She has served on
yachts ranging from 45 to 90 metres, mastering interior operations, provisioning,
and guest service management.
Rachael has led interior teams as Chief Stewardess and relief Chief Stew,
coordinating guest trips, formal dining, floral arrangements, table décor,
inventories, and working closely with chefs and captains to deliver seamless
charter experiences. She is also skilled in cocktail and wine service, event hosting,
and anticipating guest preferences.
Outside yachting, Rachael has provided high-end service to VIP clients at luxury
residences and venues, managing events, wardrobes, and guest logistics. With
formal qualifications in STCW, Security Duties, Food & Hygiene, and leadership
training, she combines operational expertise with strong team leadership.
Known for her attention to detail, professional calm, and warm, energetic
personality, Rachael creates a welcoming onboard atmosphere. She enjoys
cooking, ocean activities, music, and social events, enhancing every guest
experience.

With a deep connection to her Polish heritage and global cuisines, she has built a successful career in food, appearing on numerous TV shows, including Sammy and Bella’s Kitchen Rescue on Netflix. She has judged Polish MasterChef, taught cooking classes nationwide, and co-hosted the Academia Barilla World Pasta
Championships in Italy. Her latest venture, Frank’s Deli in Waverley, has gained instant acclaim, with its sandwiches ranked among Sydney’s best by Urban List. Most recently, she has become one of Sydney Harbour’s most sought-after superyacht chefs, bringing her signature flavors and expertise to luxury dining at sea.

Eilish Murphy is an experienced Stewardess with a strong background in luxury
hospitality and superyacht service. Originally from Sydney and now based on the Gold
Coast, she brings a professional, energetic presence and a passion for delivering
exceptional guest experiences.
She has worked on yachts ranging from 30 to 71 metres, gaining expertise in both
interior service and deck support. Her experience includes cabin preparation, fine dining,
bar and cocktail service, event setup, and maintaining impeccable interior standards for
owner and VIP charters. As Sole Stewardess, she has managed all interior operations,
including housekeeping, guest service, laundry, and meal preparation for up to 12
guests, while also assisting with deck duties when required.
Eilish holds a Bachelor of Business (Events & Tourism) and professional certifications
including STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, and First Aid/CPR, combining
operational skill with luxury service expertise. Known for her attention to detail,
proficiency in cocktail and bar service, table styling, and flower arrangements, she
creates a polished and welcoming onboard atmosphere.
Outside yachting, she enjoys yoga, running, snowboarding, photography, and travel,
bringing a positive, active energy to the crew environment.
