Captain Mustafa has over 19 years of experience in the yachting industry. He started working in the maritime sector in 2007 and has been actively involved in the profession ever since. He is very passionate about the sea and water sports. His hobbies include kite surfing and other water activities. He is also a certified diver.

Captain Mustafa was born in Fethiye and has an Open Education background. Before joining his current position, he worked on several yachts including Dinç bu, SilverK, Gordon K, Caroline, Nahmiyaj, and a 24m trawler. He has gained extensive experience in different roles and vessels throughout his career.

As a captain, he is responsible for the safety of all persons on board. He has overall command, oversees the yacht’s operation and management, crew duties, and the yacht’s itinerary. 2026 season will be his first year on Panfeliss.

He is a competent professional captain who manages his crew efficiently and takes great pleasure in ensuring that his guests have the best possible charter.

He speaks English & Arabic.

Elif was born in Afyon in 1991 and graduated from a Vocational High School for Girls. Throughout her career, she has worked at My Hotel in Afyon, Pam Thermal Hotel in Denizli, and onboard M/ Y Panfeliss.

She has developed strong housekeeping skills across both land-based hospitality and yacht operations. Elif has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
including 8 years in hotels and 2 years in the yachting sector.

She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and
guest comfort, and she takes great pride in ensuring a welcoming and well-organized onboard environment.

2026 season will be her first year on Panfeliss. Her hobbies include reading books and spending time by the sea.

She speaks basic English. She is a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper who works diligently to ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and pleasant charter experience.

Engineer Kadir has over 30 years of experience in the maritime and engineering sector. He began his career in the industry after graduating from Industrial Vocational High School and has since built extensive technical and operational expertise. He also served in the Navy and is a retired naval personnel.

Kadir has worked on various commercial vessels throughout his career, including Mawi, Vetro, and other trading ships. He has also gained experience in security-related roles alongside his maritime background. His long-standing experience in both naval and commercial environments has given him stron
technical competence and discipline at sea.

He has been working on Panfeliss for his second season.

He is responsible for maintaining the technical systems and ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht. His hobbies include combat sports, spending time at sea, and nature activities. He does not speak a foreign language.

He is a highly experienced and dependable engineer who ensures the yacht’s technical reliability and contributes to the safety and efficiency of operations on board.

Deckhand Ulaş has 3 years of experience in the yachting industry. He began working in the maritime sector early in his career and has quickly developed strong practical skills onboard. He is passionate about the sea and enjoys active
outdoor activities.

Ulaş was born in Istanbul and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Before joining his current yacht, he worked on several yachts including Onyx and Sea Bell. He has gained valuable hands-on experience in deck operations and daily yacht maintenance.

He has been working on Panfeliss yacht since his first season. His hobbies include water sports, fishing, and football. He speaks English and holds a hygiene certificate.

He is a motivated and hardworking deckhand who supports the smooth operation of the yacht and contributes to a safe and enjoyable charter experience for guests.

Burak was born in Hatay and graduated from İskenderun Technical University, Department of Port and Harbor Management.

Before joining his current yacht, he worked on Marina, Iris where he developed practical skills in deck operations and daily yacht routines.

Burak has 5 years of experience in the maritime and yachting industry. He started his career working in marina operations and has since gained solid onboard experience in deck duties and vessel maintenance. He is passionate about the sea and enjoys an active lifestyle at work and in his free time.

His hobbies include swimming and traveling. He speaks English and holds an Amateur Seaman Certificate and a Short Range Radio Operator Certificate. 2026 season will be his first year on Panfeliss.

He is a reliable and hardworking deckhand who supports the smooth operation and safety of the yacht while contributing to a positive onboard environment.

Chef Enes was graduated from Istanbul Gelişim University – Gastronomy department. He has been actively developing his culinary career since 2022, combining formal education with hands-on experience in high-end hospitality environments. He is committed to delivering clean, precise, and high-quality work in professional kitchen settings, continuously improving himself alongside experienced teams in five-star hotels and luxury operations.

He is a reliable and team-oriented professional who places strong emphasis on trust, communication, and cooperation within the workplace. He believes that building confidence among colleagues and guests is one of the most important foundations of a successful kitchen environment.

Enes is highly motivated, positive, and solution-oriented, with strong adaptability to team dynamics. He consistently works towards his goals, managing his time effectively while maintaining a creative and innovative approach to cooking.
He has gained experience in several luxury hotel and restaurant kitchens, including Turunç Premium Hotel, Lujo Hotel, Six Senses Kaplankaya and My Cleopatra Yacht as a private chef.

Enes has also some certifications like CTH Level 3 Certificate, Hygiene Certificate, Seafarer’s Discharge Book (Seaman’s Book), MSA Professional Culinary Certification etc.

Chef Enes is a dedicated culinary professional with strong experience in both land-based luxury hospitality and yacht charter operations, aiming to deliver consistent, high-standard guest experiences.

Hostess Tuğba is currently continuing her studies in Management Information Systems at Anadolu University and Biomedical Engineering at Yeditepe University. She is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in passenger service, cabin operations, and team leadership. She has developed solid expertise in safety management, service quality, and crew coordination through her progressive career in the airline industry.

She is highly skilled in ensuring passenger safety and comfort while maintaining high service standards throughout all phases of flight. With a calm, solution-oriented, and positive approach, she effectively manages both routine operations and high-pressure situations, including emergency procedures and in-flight disruptions.

She worked in Pegasus Airlines as a cabin crew and Southwind Airlines as a cabin chief.. Tugba speaks English and has many certifications like SGHM Attestation, Purser (Cabin Chief) Qualification – Southwind Airlines (2024), Seafarer’s Discharge Book and STCW Basic Safety Training.

Throughout her career, she has also gained valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and event coordination, which has strengthened her communication skills and operational awareness. She is highly adaptable and team-focused, with a strong commitment to enhancing both passenger satisfaction and team efficiency.
