Leia Montague, a British national born in 2002, joins M/Y PANGEA with a strong foundation in hospitality and guest-focused service. She brings experience from ON ICE (23m Fairline) and HARD 8 (26m Sanlorenzo), where she confidently handled stewardess and light deck duties during busy day trips and high-turnover operations.
Her background includes work in high-end restaurants and private childcare, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with guests of all ages, manage varied responsibilities, and maintain a calm, positive demeanour under pressure.
Leia is skilled in cocktail service, specialist coffee preparation, and holds strong attention to detail across both interior presentation and guest interaction. She holds STCW, ENG1, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety certifications. Leia is a non-smoker, has a full UK driver’s licence, and speaks English and conversational Spanish.

Joshua Richardson, born in South Africa in 2005, joins M/Y PANGEA as Deckhand, bringing strong hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for the maritime world.
Raised by the sea, he has been boating from a young age and is confident around the deck, with a solid foundation in knots, line handling, and watercraft.
With practical experience on commercial squid boats and recent shore-based work supporting provisioning and boat maintenance, Joshua is adaptable, hardworking, and service-minded. He is comfortable assisting in multiple areas onboard, including light galley and laundry duties, and brings a helpful, team-oriented approach.
Joshua holds an STCW, RYA Powerboat Level 2, RYA VHF SRC, and a valid ENG1.
He speaks English and Afrikaans, and is a non-smoker with no tattoos.

Daniele Olimpo joins M/Y PANGEA as Captain with nearly two decades of maritime experience and a solid operational background in both motor and sailing vessels. Born in Trieste, Italy in 1987, he brings a steady and hands-on approach to yacht command, shaped by years of navigation in the Mediterranean and a strong understanding of guest-focused operations.
Educated at the Nautical Technical Institute “Tommaso di Savoia Duca di Genova” in Trieste, Daniele has progressively built his career through command roles, most recently as Captain of a Novamarine fleet for Porto Cervo Charter. There, he managed a private VIP programme in Northern Sardinia, overseeing crew coordination, itinerary planning, client care, and winter yard periods. His previous command of a Sunseeker Predator 63 also involved full responsibility for guest experience, navigation, and vessel presentation during high-season charters.
He holds the RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, STCW, GMDSS Short Range Certificate, and Security Awareness certification, as well as a pleasure craft licence and seaman’s book. Daniele is a confident communicator in Italian and Spanish, and speaks English at a competent working level.
Disciplined, discreet, and quietly personable, Daniele offers PANGEA a reliable command presence with deep local knowledge of Sardinian and Corsican cruising grounds. He is also a certified kitesurf instructor, and enjoys sharing his passion for the sea and outdoor sports. Off duty, he practises kitesurfing, snowboarding, dirt biking, and go-karting.

Samantha Kelly, a British–South African national born in 1988, joins M/Y PANGEA brings over a decade of culinary experience, developed across private catering, restaurant kitchens, and motor yachts up to 95m in length, including M/Y KISMET, M/Y DB9, M/Y KATHARINE, and M/Y TALISMAN MAITON.
Trained at the Institute of Culinary Arts in South Africa, she has continued to expand her skills with focused courses in Thai cuisine, and artisanal bread, alongside sushi and bao buns at the Gordon Ramsay Academy. She also holds a certified qualification as a Master Health and Nutrition Coach, allowing her to balance flavour and wellness in her culinary planning.
Organised, methodical, and energetic, Samantha maintains a calm and responsible approach to her work. Her ability to work well in a team, and attention to detail make her a reliable presence in the galley.
She enjoys an active lifestyle outdoors, often trail running and paddleboarding and also social cooking experiences. These same interests allow her to connect easily with guests and contribute to a welcoming onboard atmosphere. She speaks English.
