Born in 1988 in Croatia, Captain Martin has built a distinguished career in the yachting industry since 2013, accumulating over 50,000 nautical miles of experience. With a degree in kinesiology, Martin brings a unique combination of physical discipline and technical expertise to his role as captain. Having worked on a variety of vessels, including prestigious Sunreef luxury sailing yachts and power catamarans, he is an expert navigator, with an intimate knowledge of the Adriatic coast.

Known for his responsibility, efficiency, and kind nature, Martin is committed to ensuring that every journey aboard PARADISE is not just a cruise but a memorable experience. His professionalism is matched only by his passion for providing exceptional service to guests. Martin’s calm and patient demeanor makes him the ideal leader for the crew, while his vast experience in the industry ensures smooth sailing in any condition.

When he's not on the water, Martin enjoys an active lifestyle. He is an avid windsurfer and spends his winters skiing and ice skating. Martin also turned his passion into a profession when he coached Zagreb's youth ice hockey for 7 years.

Fluent in English and with a beginner’s knowledge of German, Martin is excited to welcome guests aboard and ensure their time on M/Y PARADISE is unforgettable.




Born in 1997, Mia brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry to her role aboard the luxury motor yacht PARADISE. With a background in economics, she began her career in hospitality in the United States in 2018, before continuing her journey in Croatia from 2021 onward.

Mia is a highly efficient and adaptable team player, known for her strong communication skills, task-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure. She takes pride in her time management and ensures a seamless onboard experience for guests.

As the yacht’s dedicated hostess, Mia prepares breakfast and light lunches, sourcing fresh, healthy Mediterranean ingredients with a focus on local produce.

In her free time, Mia enjoys hiking, biking, photography, and skiing. She is fluent in Serbian and English, and also speaks basic Italian and Hungarian.
