Originally from the Gold Coast Hinterland, Gemma is the daughter of a concreter, giving her a grounded, practical outlook and a strong work ethic that shows in everything she does onboard. Captain Adam grew up in Queensland and has spent over 22 years at sea, with 14 years dedicated to charter operations. Holding qualifications as both Captain and Engineer, he brings a deep technical understanding alongside strong leadership and operational confidence, ensuring smooth, safe, and professional yacht operations.
Adam’s cruising experience spans some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including the Pacific Islands, the Mediterranean, Europe, and both the East and West Coasts of the Americas.
Outside of navigation and operations, Adam enjoys capturing drone footage in exceptional locations, documenting anchorages and experiences that highlight the very best of life on the water. A keen free diver, he has a natural affinity for the ocean and an eye for choosing memorable cruising grounds.
Known for his relaxed professionalism and ability to host, Adam takes pride in showing yacht owners and charter guests the best each destination has to offer. His favourite cruising areas include the West Coast of Greece and the abundant Pacific Islands, where local knowledge, timing, and attention to detail elevate every itinerary.

Born in California and raised in New Zealand’s South Island, Shaen grew up surrounded by mountains and the sea, spending his early years snowboarding in alpine terrain and developing a deep respect for the outdoors. This adventurous upbringing shaped his calm, capable approach on the water and his strong situational awareness onboard.
Shaen lived in Dunedin for four years, where he balanced work and study with a passion for surfing in demanding southern conditions. He later spent a year studying in Sweden, followed by a year back in California, experiences that strengthened his adaptability prior to relocating to Australia.
Now based in Queensland, Shaen has worked extensively throughout Hayman Island, Hamilton Island, and the Whitsundays, gaining valuable experience in guest operations, deck procedures, and local cruising grounds. With strong interests in kiteboarding, surfing, and diving, Shaen brings both technical competence and genuine enthusiasm to life onboard, contributing to a relaxed, capable, and adventure-focused charter experience.

Born in France to a Colombian mother, Axel grew up surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultures — raised across South America before settling in Palma de Mallorca during his teenage years.
His father, a Michelin-starred chef and owner of one of Mallorca’s leading gastronomic restaurants, introduced him early to the world of haute cuisine and the art of exceptional produce.
That early foundation sparked a career that took Axel through some of France’s most esteemed kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux.
Drawn by his lifelong passion for the ocean and surfing, Axel transitioned naturally into the superyacht industry — blending fine dining with adventure across the South Pacific.
Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, he thrives on discovering local ingredients and crafting dishes that reflect the character of each destination, from the Galápagos to French Polynesia.
Now based in Australia, Axel continues to weave together his love of the sea, culture, and cuisine — creating food that tells stories of place, people, and passion.

Rosie was born and raised in Cairns, Far North Queensland, where her passion for the water and adventure began at a young age. Weekends were spent boating on the Great Barrier Reef, diving in crystal waters and island-hopping with her family.
Growing up immersed in the marine environment fostered a strong interest in marine life and a genuine care for the ocean, shaping both her lifestyle and career path.
Outside of yachting, Rosie enjoys hiking, chasing waterfalls, and camping with her family, preferring time outdoors over city life. Her North Queensland upbringing also included education in marine science and reef conservation, giving her a practical understanding of how to care for delicate marine environments. These experiences have shaped her into someone grounded, resilient, and prepared for the challenges of life at sea.
Rosie has spent five years in the superyacht industry, travelling extensively throughout South East Asia, Europe, and Australia. She has a strong curiosity for new destinations, cultures, and experiences, and enjoys sharing this enthusiasm with guests onboard.
