Vladyslav has been building his career in the marine engineering industry since 2012, bringing over a decade of hands-on technical experience to the team across a range of complex onboard systems and operational environments. He is multilingual, fluent in several Slavic languages, allowing him to communicate seamlessly with both guests and crew and support smooth operations across international teams. In his spare time, Vladyslav enjoys the patient and meticulous pursuit of butterfly catching and collection, reflecting his appreciation for detail, precision, and time spent in nature.

Kirsty is a dynamic Chief Stewardess with nine years of experience in the superyacht industry, having worked on vessels from 40m to 75m across both private and charter programmes. Entering yachting at just 18, she quickly fell in love with life at sea. Her expertise includes elegant table design, event coordination, floral arrangements, silver service, wine knowledge, and crafting bespoke cocktails and mocktails to create memorable guest experiences. Known for her warm, bubbly personality and infectious energy, Kirsty brings positivity, professionalism, and strong leadership to every charter. She creates a polished yet welcoming onboard environment where guests and crew feel at ease. Outside of yachting, she enjoys reading, writing, music, dancing, diving in Mozambique, and spending time with her sisters.

Captain Andy has over 18 years of experience in the yachting industry, including the past six years as Captain of 50-metre superyachts, consistently delivering exceptional charter experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence. Prior to entering the superyacht sector, Andy managed watersports centres across Europe and worked as a senior sailing and windsurfing instructor, where he developed a deep understanding of seamanship, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences on the water. Andy enjoys tailoring each charter to his guests’ interests, whether exploring remote anchorages or making the most of the yacht’s watersports programme. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, watersports, and spending time with his family.

Sam comes from a diverse international background, which has shaped her love for travel, culture, and connecting with people from all walks of life. With German heritage on her mother’s side, she is fluent in German, allowing her to connect easily with a wide range of guests. Her passion for travel was sparked during a volunteering expedition to Cambodia in 2018, an experience that continues to influence her outlook and curiosity about the world. In her free time, Sam enjoys snorkelling, hiking, reading, and exploring new destinations. Family plays an important role in her life, and she values spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her older sister. A qualified Master Mariner, he began his maritime career aboard cruise vessels before transitioning into luxury yachting. Raised with a deep love for the ocean, Anthony thrives in roles that keep him close to the water. A certified Divemaster, he enjoys guiding guests on snorkelling, scuba diving, and spearfishing excursions. When not on the bridge, he is usually outdoors pursuing his next adventure. An avid surfer, fisherman, runner, and camper, Anthony is always eager to explore a new coastline or hidden bay. Originally from Sweden, Mikaela developed a love for the sea at a young age, spending much of her childhood boating and enjoying summers on the water. With experience in housekeeping, guest relations, and onboard interior service, she brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm, guest-focused approach to her role. As a certified Masseuse, Mikaela has a natural talent for creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and well cared for. Outside of yachting, she enjoys travelling, cooking, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends by the sea. Her positive nature, strong organisational skills, and dedication to high standards make her a valued member of the crew.

An Englishman currently based in Spain, Chris is naturally curious and always keen to try new things and see where they take him. He enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle, whether spending a day on the golf course, skiing in the mountains, hiking coastal trails, or being out on the water, where he feels most at home. He enjoys the challenge of learning new skills and is happiest when working hands-on and embracing new experiences.
