stewardess fluent in English and Greek,
combines a passion for the marine environment
with exceptional hospitality skills. With a degree
in Physical Education and certifications in sailing
and silver service, she has worked aboard yachts
like the 116ft M/Y "Can't Remember" and the
Lagoon 65ft Catamaran "Daiquiri." Niki excels in
delivering unforgettable guest experiences,
blending her expertise in sailing, cooking
traditional Greek dishes, and providing warm,
attentive service. A former national athlete in
women's softball and an Athens 2004 Olympics
volunteer, she brings teamwork, discipline, and a
supportive spirit to every role she undertakes.

He thrives in overseeing charter voyages, managing every aspect with precision, and ensuring a top-tier experience for guests. With a proven track record of effective leadership and decision-making under pressure, he brings a wealth of experience to every project, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety in all aspects of yachting operations.

Born in 1988 in Athens, Vangelis has been working in yachting industry since 2017. He has gained valuable experience in yacht maintenance, deck operations and technical support. His strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure smooth and efficient service on board. Passionate about the sea, Vangelis is dedicated to continuous learning and improving his skills, aspiring to grow in the yachting industry.

Kalliopi is a professional and service-oriented Chief Stewardess with several years of experience on charter and private motor yachts ranging from 30m to 50m. Her journey in yachting began in 2018, and she has since progressed through roles from assistant to Chief Stewardess, gaining hands-on experience in guest service, silver service, housekeeping, and team supervision. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional experience for all guests. Kalliopi holds certifications in safety and survival equipment, along with training in hospitality (Silver Star Guest I) and a degree in Environmental and Chemical Engineering. She is fluent in Greek and English, tech-savvy, and thrives in team environments. Her background in both hospitality and safety management brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to her role on board.

Ioannis is a passionate and dedicated chef with a strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine and a deep love for both traditional recipes and modern, fine dining. He enjoys the creative balance between cooking soulful, comforting dishes and crafting refined plates with elegance and precision.
Over the years, he has worked on both private and charter yachts, gaining valuable experience in diverse culinary settings. He is used to adapting quickly, planning efficiently, and delivering high-quality meals that match the rhythm and expectations of life at sea. Fresh, local ingredients—especially seafood—are at the heart of his cooking.
As a person, he is calm, discreet, and deeply respectful of the team and the environment he works in. He believes that food is a universal gesture of care, and he always strives to create memorable moments through what he serves.
Among his achievements are 1st Place winner of a culinary contest of Salonica, Greece for training chefs, 2nd Place winner of culinary contest for professional chefs, 3rd Place winner with the Greek representation team at the Food & Beverage Exhibition Contest of Sial in France.
Ioannis Koutsonis

Ioannis lives in Athens. He graduated as an engineer from Merchant Academy of Aspropyrgos.
Ioannis has completed all safety training and he is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering issues. Also can provide help wherever is needed.
He has 18 years of experience in the Marine Industry ranging from unlimited tonnage Crude oil carriers to passenger ships and in the yachting industry. He has all required Marine Licenses and certifications.
Moving into the yachting industry in 2021, Ioannis was provided with the opportunity of developing and sharpening his skills in engineering and looking after the safety of the yacht and all aboard. He is a unique member of the crew making sure the yacht runs at her full potential at all times.
Ioannis loves to be connected with the nature and specially with the sea. His hobbies are snowboarding, sea sports and all the extreme sports.
