worked with drones in the British army and was also a boarder cross, slalom and freestyle snowboarding champion for them during his time in the military. He is always ready to provide guests with excellent service and make their
day enjoyable on the water.

experience on competitive crews. Following several years with professional racing teams, Rob relocated to Europe over two decades ago. Since then, he has built an impressive career as a marine engineer, working aboard large
yachts and combining his technical expertise with his deep-rooted love of sailing.

began his career in the yachting industry, gaining extensive experience as an engineer aboard various worldcruising sailing yachts. Beyond his professional expertise, Arturo is an avid sports enthusiast with a deep love for the
sea. He is especially passionate about freediving and water sports, embracing an active lifestyle deeply connected to the ocean.

Known for his unwavering work ethic and readiness to lend a hand, Martin stands as a valuable asset to any team.

Having worked on luxury yachts and expedition programs across the Caribbean, Pacific, and beyond, Righardt is highly experienced in leading safe, enjoyable dive experiences for guests of all levels. Known for his calm and professional approach, he excels at building confidence in the water while delivering unforgettable encounters with marine life.
Passionate about the ocean and conservation, Righardt combines his diving expertise with strong seamanship to enhance every guest experience on board EOS.

Born and raised in Rosario, Argentina, Estanislao grew up in a family of sailors and spent his childhood on the water, surrounded by sailing yachts. Immersed in the maritime world from an early age, he naturally moved into keelboat racing and began working as a professional sailor, taking on yacht deliveries across the South Atlantic as well as race preparation and maintenance.
At 18, he moved to Europe to pursue a career in the Superyacht industry. By 22, he had enrolled in Merchant Marine School to obtain his maritime certifications and expand his professional knowledge of navigation. Since 2017, he has worked aboard a variety of Superyachts, sailing throughout the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific.
Estanislao brings a calm and welcoming atmosphere onboard. He values the tradition and spirit of sailing yachts, always striving to foster a positive and professional environment. In his free time, he enjoys sailing his own yacht around Palma and is passionate about surfing and hiking.
