Growing up along the Vaal River in South Africa, Brandon developed a deep passion for water sports and life on the water from a young age. His love for aquatic adventure naturally led him into the yachting industry, where he has spent the past seven years thriving and never looking back.
Brandon brings high energy, strong motivation, and a hands-on approach to every role. Whether it's wakeboarding, spearfishing, or any other water-based activity, he not only enjoys the thrill but also loves sharing his skills with others through teaching.
An all-around active and enthusiastic individual, Brandon is equally at home in the gym or outdoors, always embracing the adventurous lifestyle that yachting offers.

John Ford started working on sailing vessels in 2017 and worked as skipper doing week long charters.
His love for the ocean saw him progress onto larger vessels and gain his Chief Mate 3000gt licence.
Before Yachting John worked with drones in the British army and was also a boarder cross, slalom and freestyle snowboarding champion for them during his time in the military.
He is always ready to provide guests with excellent service and make their day enjoyable on the water.

Having grown up in the vibrant coastal city of Barcelona, Pol has always felt a deep connection to the sea. After studying Business and Marketing, he spent two years in Bali, where he worked in private marketing and launched his own venture. It was during this time that his passion for sailing truly took hold, inspiring him to return to Spain and pursue two years of formal navigation studies.
Since then, Pol has sailed extensively across the globe—from Mexico and the Caribbean to the Pacific Ocean, with multiple Atlantic crossings under his belt. He is a dedicated and capable sailor, known for his commitment to safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic on board.
In his spare time, Pol prioritizes healthy living and staying active, whether through fitness, outdoor activities, or simply making the most of life at sea. His combination of experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm makes him a valuable member of any crew.

Rob grew up sailing the northeast coast of New Zealand, where his passion for the sea began at an early age. While studying engineering at the University of Auckland, he balanced academics with part-time racing, gaining valuable experience on competitive crews. Following several years with professional racing teams, Rob relocated to Europe over two decades ago. Since then, he has built an impressive career as a marine engineer, working aboard large yachts and combining his technical expertise with his deep-rooted love of sailing.

Originally from East Sussex in South East England, Beth has spent the past six years building a diverse career in the yachting industry, working on both motor and sailing yachts. Her recent experience has taken her across the Caribbean and South Pacific, where she discovered a strong passion for scuba diving. Prior to yachting, she completed four ski seasons as a chalet host, which sparked her deep-rooted enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service. With a well-rounded background in both land- and sea-based hospitality, Beth brings energy, adaptability, and a genuine love for adventure to every program she joins.
Beth is known for her approachable nature, strong work ethic, and love for attention to detail.

Born and raised in Rosario, Argentina, Stan comes from a family of sailors and spent his childhood surrounded by water and sailing yachts. Growing up immersed in the maritime world, he naturally gravitated towards keelboat racing and soon began working as a professional sailor, taking on deliveries across the South Atlantic Ocean as well as race preparation and yacht maintenance.
At the age of 18, Estanislao moved to Europe to explore the Superyacht industry. By 22, he had joined a Merchant Marine School to obtain his maritime certifications and deepen his professional understanding of navigation. Since 2017, he has worked aboard various Superyachts, sailing throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean, and South Pacific.
He brings a calm, welcoming atmosphere onboard and values the tradition and spirit of sailing yachts, always striving to maintain a positive and professional environment.
In his free time, Estanislao enjoys sailing his own yacht around Palma. He is also passionate about surfing and hiking.

Originally from The Netherlands, Rixt grew up sailing on the scenic Frisian lakes in the northern part of the country. Her love for the water began at a young age and has remained a central part of her life ever since.
Before stepping into the yachting industry, Rixt channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into opening a restaurant in her hometown of Leeuwarden.
Her passion for hospitality, adventure, and connecting with people from around the world eventually led her to yachting - a perfect blend of her interests.
With nearly 8 years of experience in the industry, Rixt brings warmth, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest she welcomes on board. She thrives on creating unforgettable experiences and takes pride in ensuring that every detail is taken care of.
When she's not working, Rixt loves to travel, explore new destinations, and immerse herself in different cultures—something she feels incredibly lucky to do as part of her career at sea.
Her goal is to make each guest feel at home and leave with memories that last a lifetime.

With a background in tourism and a lifelong passion for travel and hospitality, Lizaan naturally connects with guests from all walks of life. Her journey in yachting began on a small sailing yacht, where she quickly fell in love with life at sea. That first season sparked a deep appreciation for sailing, which she now proudly shares with guests through exceptional service and a keen eye for detail.
Lizaan is known for her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for guest experience. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere onboard, ensuring every charter is nothing short of extraordinary.

Ben is a chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. He began his career as a baker, mastering precision and technique, before moving into the restaurant world and rising to the position of head chef. More than 10 years ago, he transitioned into the yachting industry, where he spent a decade as the chef aboard HEAVENLY DAZE.
During his career, he has crafted exceptional meals and elevated dining experiences for guests, both at sea and in private villas. Ben is passionate about using the finest local, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that showcase his expertise and culinary artistry.
Outside of the galley, Ben stays active through cycling, surfing, and regular gym sessions. He's an avid supporter of football, cricket, and rugby, and always enjoys catching a match when he can.

Arturo was born and raised in Milan, Italy. His passion for sailing began in childhood and naturally led him to pursue maritime studies. He earned a degree in Yacht and Powercraft Design in Southampton, England.
At 22, Arturo began his career in the yachting industry, gaining extensive experience as an engineer aboard various world-cruising sailing yachts.
Beyond his professional expertise, Arturo is an avid sports enthusiast with a deep love for the sea. He is especially passionate about freediving and water sports, embracing an active lifestyle deeply connected to the ocean.
