Flavien Le Prado serves as Second Officer aboard M/Y Phoenician. With extensive experience in both private and charter yachting, he has built a strong reputation for his technical skills, reliability, and hands-on approach to yacht operations.
Having worked aboard yachts such as the Mangusta 92 Claudia’s, the Sunseeker 98 She Got The House, and the Arcadia 85 Pangea, Flavien has developed solid expertise in navigation, deck operations, technical maintenance, tender handling, and watersports equipment management. He is particularly experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring that yachts are always maintained to the highest standards.
Passionate about the sea and highly versatile, Flavien also brings valuable experience as a professional diver, having worked in demanding underwater environments and maritime operations. This background has strengthened his problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.
Known for being proactive, organized, and hardworking, Flavien is a dedicated team player who thrives in demanding environments. Christelle is a Chief Stewardess by profession and passion. Her initial career in traditional and gastronomic restaurants honed her sense of service and attention to detail. Working aboard a yacht now allows her to combine excellence, hospitality, and well-being in a unique setting.
Involved in every aspect of life on board, she fully commits herself to offering guests a memorable experience while ensuring the smooth operation and harmony of the team. Always smiling and proactive, Christelle places great importance on the small details that create a warm and refined atmosphere.
She speaks French, English, Italian, and a little Spanish, which facilitates communication and enhances service quality. Her team spirit and professionalism contribute to fostering an atmosphere of trust and serenity throughout the cruise.
Also passionate about snowboarding, history, and art, she is curious about everything and always enthusiastic about new discoveries.

Driven by a lifelong passion for cooking, he comes from a family of hoteliers and grew up immersed in the world of service and gastronomy. He started his career at 17, and after just a few years of experience and perseverance, he became a chef at the age of 24. He has now been working on boats for 19 years, where he has successfully combined rigor, creativity, and a strong sense of service in a demanding environment.
His cuisine reflects his journey and curiosity: it's international, gourmet, and traditional, with a particular specialty in Japanese cuisine. He cooks primarily out of passion, with a constant desire to please and to be attentive to each client's expectations. He also knows the kosher food.
Endowed with a good sense of humor, he knows how to foster a positive work atmosphere while maintaining high standards. A sports enthusiast, particularly of rugby, and a semi-professional poker player, he demonstrates strategy, concentration, and team spirit, both in and out of the kitchen.
Grégory Cilia recently joined M/Y Phoenician as Captain, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the yachting industry across both private and charter yachts. Renowned for his professionalism, leadership and calm approach, he is committed to delivering a safe, seamless and first-class experience for owners and guests alike.
Throughout his career, Grégory has captained and managed a variety of yachts, most notably the Mangusta 92 Claudia’s, where he spent several years navigating the French Riviera, Corsica, and Sardinia. His extensive operational background also includes experience aboard larger yachts such as the Benetti Mylo, the Amels Lady Nag Nag, and the Mangusta 130 Massienn, giving him a strong understanding of both yacht management and high-end guest expectations.
In addition to his navigation expertise, Grégory is highly regarded for his technical knowledge and hands-on approach to yacht maintenance. His experience in mechanical systems, marine electronics and yacht operations allows him to maintain the highest standards of reliability, safety and efficiency on board.
