Born and raised in Dubrovnik, pearl of the Adriatic, Magdalena developed her sea legs accompanying her Father, a Lighthouse Keeper, on his daily routes. The sea beckoned from the 'King's Landing' and Magda decided to spread her wings into the yachting industry. Having worked in private villas in Croatia, her love for the sea and hospitality can now be combined. Joining us for a second season, Magda endeavours to make every guest feel special on Pisces. In her free time you'll find Magda exploring new places through the lens of her camera as photography is one of her passions.

Born in the south of England, Ryan’s passion for food began at the age of 16. Pursuing his passion Ryan has worked in restaurants in the UK and Europe, from the Maltese coastline to the heights of the French Alps, fine tuning his culinary skills across a diverse range of cuisines along the way. At the age of 23 he earned himself a place in the final of the Southern Regional Master Chef competition, putting his skills to the test in front of expert judges. In the last few years Ryan has been head chef on both busy private and high end charter yachts ranging from 27-60 metres. He takes great pride in designing exciting menus for guests and sourcing the finest local ingredients. When he is not cooking, Ryan likes to seek out new restaurants and browse local food markets for inspiration and fresh ideas for new dishes.

Sunny grew up in India where his passion for cooking began at a young age before moving to London to develop his culinary career. He has gained extensive experience working in high-end restaurants and hotels, including six years with Gordon Ramsay Holdings, where he refined his skills in fast-paced, world-class kitchens. Bringing this experience to yachting, Sunny enjoys creating fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by global cuisines and takes pride in catering to a wide range of dietary preferences. When he’s not in the galley, he enjoys traveling and discovering new ingredients and culinary inspiration from around the world.

Born in Thailand and raised between there, Qatar and the UK, Rhianna was lucky to travel from a young age—sparking a lifelong passion for discovering new places and cultures. A former competitive swimmer, she has always felt at home in the water, making yachting a natural fit. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, exploring new destinations, and staying active through sports and the outdoors.

Pablo grew up in Montevideo in Uruguay and loves water sports, kayaking, swimming and running. As a teenager, he was part of the Uruguayan Rowing National Team. After high school, he joined the Uruguayan Maritime Academy. From 2013 to 2017, Pablo worked on commercial vessels, container ships and tankers in South America. Then he worked on a commercial fishing vessel as captain, traveling Europe, Africa, South America. In 2021, he transitioned into yachting and joined PISCES. We are very lucky to have such an experienced seaman with us.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Stephanie has always had a passion for travel, meeting new people, and life by the ocean. With a natural drive to explore the world. yachting was the perfect career choice. Having grown up near the sea, she knew she could never stray far from it. In her spare time, Steph enjoys playing tennis, camping and hiking, and discovering new places. She takes great pride in her work and is excited to grow and thrive in the yachting industry.

Andy is from a small town in South Wales, but his journey into yachting began after he traveled the world and fell in love with the ocean and the thrill of new experiences. His passion for the sea led him to pursue a career in yachting in 2017. Since then, Andy has worked hard to advance his skills, earning his Chief Mate certificate. With a deep commitment to his craft, he aspires to one day earn his Captain’s license. He has a love of sports especially rugby (even though Wale’s are not doing very well at the moment his camaraderie hasn’t faulted)

Originally from the UK, Ryan grew up by the sea and has always had a love for the water. With a background in hospitality and a real passion for cooking, stepping into the yachting world was a natural move. He started out with a strong focus on the galley and guest service, but quickly discovered a real enjoyment for deck work, from maintenance to watersports and keeping the boat in top shape. Ryan takes pride in what he does and enjoys helping guests have a relaxed, memorable time onboard. Outside of work, he stays active and enjoys exploring new places, playing football, golf, or tennis, and spending time out on the water fishing.

Growing up in Mexico with a strong connection to the ocean, Jose Luis developed an early passion for life on the water. He has since gained valuable experience working on a variety of vessels, building strong skills in deck operations, maintenance, and tender driving. Friendly, hardworking and always happy to help, Jose Luis enjoys being part of a professional crew and takes pride in ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience onboard. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time on the water and continuing to develop his maritime skills.

British born Captain Stefan Czuplak started his yachting career scrubbing the decks in Mallorca...anything to get away from the British weather! Once he realized yachting could offer eternal sunshine, he moved to Florida and started working towards obtaining his US Captains license and has been on the water ever since! During his 25 plus years of yachting he has navigated throughout all of the Caribbean, the Med, Bahamas, Mexico, Hawaii and the NW US to name a few. As a Charter Captain, his accomplishments include Best Charter Yacht at the Antigua Charter show 2018 and Best Charter Yacht Crew at the ACREW awards in 2021. Ensuring guests have an experience they will forever cherish is paramount to him and he would be delighted to welcome you onboard! If Stefan isn’t on the water he can normally be found racing around on two wheels or enjoying good food and wines with his family. Stefan resides in a little village in the Cotswolds, but frequently spends time in St. Maarten or at the family farm in Panama. Stefan speaks English and Spanish.
