Jed is a driven and multifaceted individual with a unique cultural background, being half Maltese and half English. Born and raised in England, Jed developed a strong affinity for rugby and music from a young age, becoming a skilled/ self taught guitar player. As his interests evolved, he discovered a passion for golf, skiing , and fitness, regularly visiting the gym to maintain an active lifestyle. With a keen focus on his professional development, Jed is now dedicated to building a successful career. His diverse experiences, combined with his enthusiasm and determination, position him for a bright and accomplished future.
Ina is from Lithuania - a beautiful country on the coast of Baltic Sea, recognized as a true geographical centre of Europe.
After completing her studies in Fashion Design, her adventurous spirit and love for travel led her to a career on cruise ships, eventually guiding her into the yachting industry.
With great experience working on various yachts, Ina found her true calling aboard Plan B, where she has proudly been a part of the crew for the past 11 years.

Vasileios is originally from Naxos, Greece, and started his maritime career in 2009 in the commercial shipping industry, where he gained strong technical and operational experience before progressing to Chief Engineer. He moved into the yachting industry in 2019 and has since worked on large private and charter yachts. Calm, professional, and hands-on, Vasileios is committed to keeping the engineering department running smoothly and maintaining high standards onboard.
In his free time, he enjoys water sports, motorsports, and staying active.

A 25-year-old mixed national hailing from a family rooted in English Harbour, Antigua where she developed a passion for sailing alongside her father, a seasoned yacht captain. Ari’s love for travel intertwines seamlessly with her transient upbringing. Everything combined meant the journey into yachting was an obvious route to take. She finished boarding school in the UK at 18 and decided to take the plunge and ever since has been on the move, she has worked aboard various yachts within the industry from large sailing yachts such as Vertigo and Panthalassa to motor yachts such as ROE and Lady Kathryn V.
In her free time you can find Ari diving in the Caribbean blue, skiing in the Colorado mountains or with family and friends wherever they might be dotted around the globe.

With over 15 years in hospitality, Timur brings a strong international background from river and ocean cruise ships into the yachting industry. With experience on yachts up to 95m, he specialises in service and bar operations, delivering attentive, high-standard service in both private and charter environments. Calm, professional, and detail-oriented, he ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest onboard.
In his free time, Timur enjoys mixology, swimming, and staying active. He also brings a fun and engaging energy, often supporting guest entertainment and activities with a great sense of humour.

Enrico Kleinhans, fluent in English and Afrikaans, comes from a small town in the North West province of South Africa and brings a grounded, hardworking ethic to the yachting industry. He previously worked aboard the 56m M/Y METTLE and has over two years of experience as a reliable, team-oriented crew member with a passion for the ocean and adventure. Before joining yachting, Enrico gained hands-on experience in farming and wildlife protection, later moving into marketing—developing strong communication and organizational skills. His background in conservation has given him a deep appreciation for nature, while his calm demeanor and positive attitude help him thrive in fast-paced environments. Adaptable and personable, he enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and working as part of a team.
Enrico’s interests include adventure motorcycling, drone photography, cycling, and watersports, all of which reflect his active and adventurous lifestyle.

Captain Grant was born in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, and began his maritime journey early in life. At the age of seven, he set sail from Cape Town with his family aboard their 37ft sailboat for a five-year world cruise, during which he was home-schooled and fully immersed in life at sea.
He later settled in St. Maarten in the Caribbean for 12 years, where he honed his sailing and racing skills, including time spent working aboard former America’s Cup 12M yachts such as Stars & Stripes US55 and Canada II. Grant then pursued formal studies in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the University of New Orleans before entering the superyacht industry in 2003.
With over 22 years in the superyacht sector, Grant has captained some of the industry’s most iconic vessels, including the 88m Feadship M/Y Fountainhead and the 82m Damen support vessel M/Y U-81. His experience spans 15 years of amateur cruising and racing, 22 transatlantic crossings, and a lifetime spent on the water.
Known for his calm, professional, and approachable demeanor, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for the sea. Guests aboard Plan B can expect to feel both safe and at ease under his capable leadership.
When not at sea, Grant lives in the coastal town of Hermanus, South Africa, with his wife, their two children, and a lively duo of dogs—a Great Dane and a French Bulldog. He enjoys camping, open-fire cooking, and spending quality time with his family, even if it means replanting the garden his dogs love to dig up.

Stanislavs Sadovskis is a Latvian Chief Officer from Riga with a solid maritime background and a passion for life at sea. He began his career on commercial ships in 2011 and transitioned into the yachting industry in 2015. Since then, he has worked on five prestigious mega yachts ranging from 70 to 140 meters. A former professional ice hockey player since the age of 7, Stanislavs brings discipline, teamwork, and resilience to every vessel he joins.
Off duty, he enjoys surfing and playing acoustic guitar, balancing the demands of the job with creative and active pursuits. A dedicated family man, he is a proud father of two daughters. Stanislavs is known for his calm leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and excellence on board.

Ivan, from the stunning Croatian coast, where his love for the sea began at an early age. With over a decade of experience in the yachting industry, Ivan brings professionalism, precision, and a contagious high-energy spirit to every voyage. Known for his warm, approachable demeanor, he quickly becomes a favorite among guests—especially children, with whom he shares a natural rapport. Ivan’s playful personality and genuine enthusiasm create a fun, relaxed atmosphere on board, making him a key part of the guest experience.
Off duty, he’s a passionate athlete who thrives on all things active—whether it’s diving, football, padel, running or swimming.Ivan is also a dedicated family man, father to a beautiful baby boy. Ivan’s positivity and can-do attitude are matched only by his dedication to safety and seamless operations at sea. Max Felice is a creative and experienced Private Chef with a strong restaurant background across France and abroad. Based in Montpellier, he has held Head Chef and Co-Manager roles at Le Melice and Le Katfys, as well as earlier positions in semi-gastronomic restaurants, short-term restaurant projects, and international experience in Australia and Canada.
His freelance and consulting work with Les Salins d’Aigues-Mortes, La Folie Douce in Val d’Isère, and L’Oiseau Vauvert reflects his versatility, confidence, and ability to adapt to different culinary environments.
With strengths in menu development, creativity, and leadership, Max brings both organisation and imagination to the galley. Fluent in French and English, he is well placed to create a welcoming and personal dining experience for guests.
Outside the kitchen, he enjoys hiking, travel, sport, and nature, bringing an active and open-minded spirit to life on board.
