Born on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, Dominic Yoko has a natural affinity for the ocean and an infectious enthusiasm for life on the water. His warm, approachable personality and professional demeanour make him a key part of the guest experience on board.
Before entering the yachting industry, Dominic studied law at Stellenbosch University and worked as a motoring journalist representing the South African Guild of Motoring Journalists. This diverse background brings both structure and creativity to his role as Chief Officer.
Dominic has gained extensive experience on both private and commercial yachts ranging from 20 to 70 metres, developing a strong reputation for safety, organisation, and seamless deck operations. He is fluent in English, Polish, and Afrikaans, and is conversational in Italian, French, Spanish, and Zulu, allowing him to connect easily with an international clientele.
A true watersports enthusiast, Dominic is a qualified jet ski instructor and takes great pleasure in sharing his skills with guests, whether introducing beginners to wakeboarding or guiding more adventurous clients on e-foils. His patient and encouraging approach ensures guests of all levels feel confident and enjoy their time on the water.
When not at sea, Dominic enjoys golf and plays off a 13 handicap. With his positive energy, attention to detail, and passion for guest enjoyment, Dominic is dedicated to ensuring every charter is both safe and unforgettable.

Originally from Kent in Southeast England, Ciara studied Biomedical Science at university. After graduating during the COVID-19 pandemic, her career took an unexpected turn when she was offered the opportunity to host at the prestigious Cannes Yacht Show. This experience introduced her to the yachting industry and quickly sparked a new ambition.
With a strong background in hospitality and a keen eye for detail, Ciara realised that a career as a stewardess was the perfect fit. She joined her first yacht in 2022 and hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of yachting, Ciara enjoys horse riding and creating unique cocktail recipes. She is also a keen water sports enthusiast, with learning to fliteboard among her proudest achievements, and is currently working towards her open water diving certification.

Tanner was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where his lifelong connection to the ocean began. Before joining the yachting industry in 2026, he worked as a professional lifeguard and helicopter rescue swimmer, developing strong skills in ocean safety, rescue operations, and performing under pressure.
A passionate surf lifesaver, Tanner has represented both his province and South Africa in competition and captained the Western Cape Surf Lifesaving Team in 2025. His strengths are ocean swimming and board paddling, specialising in rescue events.
Tanner studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Cape Town and is currently completing an LLB through UNISA. He is taking a short break from his studies to gain experience and explore opportunities within the yachting industry.
An enthusiastic waterman, Tanner enjoys surfing and is also skilled in wakeboarding, slalom water skiing, e-foiling, and scuba diving. On board, he assists both the deck and engineering departments, bringing strong practical skills and a positive team-oriented approach.
Tanner speaks English and is semi-fluent in Afrikaans and IsiXhosa, and enjoys helping guests make the most of their time on the water.

Bethany is from the small town of Cheltenham in South West England. She studied Psychology before following her passion for the ocean, travel, and meeting new people, which led her into the yachting industry, where she has been working for the past two years. Yachting allows her to combine these interests while delivering a high level of service and creating memorable experiences for guests on board.
She is a hard-working and positive crew member who approaches both guests and her fellow crew with a warm, welcoming smile. Calm under pressure and naturally personable, she brings a friendly, can-do attitude to every aspect of her role. Her ability to anticipate guests’ needs and contribute to a seamless, enjoyable onboard atmosphere makes her a valued member of the team.
Outside of work, she has spent time solo travelling across Australia, where she embraced adventure through experiences such as skydiving and scuba diving. In her downtime, she enjoys yoga, reading, and making the most of life by the sea, as well as keeping active, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring new destinations.

Born in Saint Ann, Jamaica, Lorondo studied Marine Engineering from 2008 to 2011 before spending four years working aboard commercial vessels, including container ships, oil tankers, and offshore platform support vessels. He has a strong passion for travel and enjoys immersing himself in different cultures. In his spare time, Lorondo enjoys playing and watching football, snorkelling, and spending quality time with his family.
