Valentina excels in guest-facing roles and is known for her adaptability, professionalism, and ability to integrate seamlessly into new teams. She has strong experience in service, housekeeping, laundry as well as watersports, and tender operations.

Dmytrii has more than 20 years of technical experience and eight years dedicated to the superyacht industry. Having served aboard both motor and sailing yachts, he brings a wealth of engineering knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and a calm, methodical approach to yacht operations.

Throughout his career, Dmytrii has managed complex refits, warranty programs, major system upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules while ensuring vessels operate safely and efficiently.

He has overseen everything from AV/IT installations and electrical troubleshooting to generator maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and shipyard projects.

Known for his reliability, analytical mindset, and ability to remain composed under pressure, Dmytrii is a valued team member who works seamlessly with both crew and management.

Outside of engineering, he enjoys sailing, travelling, and photography, bringing curiosity, dedication, and professionalism to every program he joins.
