Over the past three years, he has developed hands-on experience across a variety of vessel sizes, steadily progressing to his current role as First Mate. Known for his meticulous work ethic, calm leadership, and team-focused mindset, Santiago is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and operation onboard.

Since completing the Flying Fish Deckhand Course, he has worked on both motor and sailing yachts, including M/Y Vida X, S/Y Aurora, and M/Y Tanusha, where he gained confidence in tender driving, docking, anchoring, teak maintenance, and water sports operations.
With a strong hospitality background as a former gastro pub manager, Joshua brings exceptional service standards and a team-focused mindset to every vessel. His time at military college further instilled a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a calm approach under pressure.

Dean has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams in high-stakes environments, expertly manage complex logistical operations, and deliver seamless, efficient charters and owners’ trips.
A natural communicator and mentor, Dean fosters a collaborative, disciplined, and high-performing crew culture, ensuring every voyage is executed with precision and professionalism.
Outside of his professional life, Dean is an avid outdoorsman who embraces an active lifestyle. He enjoys hiking and running to stay fit, and whenever possible, he heads out for spearfishing and scuba diving. A recent kiteboarding enthusiast, Dean is always eager to explore new challenges and adventures.

With a background in Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, and large-scale banqueting, Alberto’s expertise spans fine dining, nutrition-focused cuisine, and global flavors—from Mediterranean and French to Asian, vegan, and Kosher.
Alberto is known for his precision, creativity, and calm leadership under pressure. A former restaurant owner and hotel chef, he excels in provisioning, menu innovation, and dietary customization. Holding numerous culinary and safety certifications, Alberto brings an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth to the galley—ensuring every meal is a memorable part of the guest experience.

Fifi is a vibrant and motivated stewardess with a versatile background in guest service, hospitality, and deck support. Since arriving in Palma in late 2024, she’s gained hands-on experience aboard yachts including MY Mirage, SY Red Dragon, SY Spirit of Malouen X, and MY Lucky Us. Her responsibilities have included interior detailing, service preparation, guest turn-downs, laundry, and assisting on deck with washdowns and mooring.
Her previous roles in high-end hospitality — including VIP service at a luxury champagne lounge and managing her own Airbnb — have shaped her exceptional attention to detail and intuitive approach to guest satisfaction. Warm, adaptable, and service-driven, Fifi is equally at ease polishing silverware or presenting sunset cocktails.

With extensive experience as Chief Stewardess on high-profile charter and private yachts up to 65 meters, she excels in curating seamless guest experiences, implementing high standards, and leading teams with precision and warmth.
Her background includes top-tier roles on vessels such as M/Y BG, M/Y CYAN, and M/Y Z, where she managed multi-crew interiors, coordinated charters across the Med and Caribbean, and handled everything from provisioning to guest activity planning. Catherine’s proactive leadership, eye for detail, and calm demeanor make her an invaluable asset aboard PREMURA this summer.

A former wakeboard instructor, Tom thrives in the water—whether swimming, freediving, or riding the waves.
Off duty, he enjoys golf, hiking, and exploring new destinations. Friendly, easygoing, and always up for a chat, Tom adds a fun and approachable dynamic to life onboard.
