A licensed Mega Yacht Captain and retired Chief Warrant Officer, Boatswain (USCG), Ken has logged more than 1,000,000 nautical miles at the helm of both private and government vessels.
Known for his calm command and deep knowledge of East Coast and Caribbean cruising grounds, Captain Ken ensures every charter is smooth, safe, and tailored to guest preferences. Prior to his transition to private yachting, he served as Commanding Officer of the busiest Coast Guard station in the Northeastern U.S. and is certified to operate vessels up to 175 feet.

She started her culinary career at age 15 in Boston and honed her craft in New York City, graduating from the International Culinary Center (ICE) in 2010. Since then, she has worked as executive chef for boutique catering companies and served as a private chef for high-end clientele.
Keira’s cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean and Asian flavors, crafted with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality, and thoughtful presentation. Her dishes reflect global influence and a belief in food as a meaningful part of the guest experience. When not in the galley, she finds inspiration in travel, the arts, and the natural world.
