Connor grew up sailing with his family on Long Island Sound. After University in California, he returned to New England and raced classic yachts. He spent a few years campaigning in the regatta scene before transitioning onto super yachts.
Connor has been at the helm of Q for four years. He returned to the program as Captain after spending 2 years onboard the 81m Sea Eagle II as the Chief Officer. Prior to that Connor cut his teeth with the Q charter program as Chief Officer. He has experience cruising in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, North and Baltic Seas, as well as the Arctic, Greenland, New England, and the South Pacific.
Connor is a lifelong surfer, and avid golfer. He and his wife Josephine live in Stockholm, Sweden with their newborn son Stellan. There they are active in their golf club and enjoy sailing in the Stockholm Archipelago.

David hails from the United Kingdom and has over 20 years of yachting experience, both as an Engineer and a Captain.
David has worked on a wide variety of yachts in his distinguished career.
From the ketch Adele to the prestigious Mysorah. He has worked all around the world and consults as a marine surveyor when he is not onboard working.
In his free time, David likes to teach sailing with the Royal Navy Sea Cadets.
He is an enthusiastic padel and tennis player.
He also enjoys cycling and hiking. SY Q is proud to have Dave onboard keeping our systems running in top shape.

Kendra-Lee was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa.
She set sail on adventures with her grandparents around Cape Town every December Holiday. It was during these magical holidays that her love for the sea began. Combining her passion of travel and service, she set her sights on the superyacht industry and began her journey in 2016.
Her yachting experience is as diverse as it is impressive. From private yachts cruising the Red Sea to luxurious beach villas lining the Mediterranean coast, Kendra-Lee has thrived in a variety of environments. Her passion is all about creating an unforgettable yachting experience. Her ultimate goal is to create a harmonious and enriching environment onboard, she’ll ensure comfort and personalize everything to your desires.
When Kendra-Lee isn’t spoiling you onboard, you might find her diving the crystal-clear waters as a certified Divemaster, or catching some waves on her kiteboard. On land, she’s a lifelong horse enthusiast, always up for exploring nature. She maintains her inner balance and finds peace on her yoga mat.

Lilian was born in Australia but moved to France with her family when she was 17 years old.
Since then, her life has been shaped by travel and her time spent by the sea. She enjoys the lifestyle that comes with yachting, calling the whole world her base.
Lilian has worked on a variety of yachts in her career in yachting.
She enjoys delivering a high-quality experience onboard. Whether it is an elegant table setting, creative cocktail making, or ensuring smooth service, she enjoys the small details that make the difference for your stay onboard.
In her off time, Lilian enjoys exercising and playing pickleball. She loves to travel and explore new places.
She loves to find a quite corner of the beach where she can challenge the weekly Sudoku.

Edward is a passionate, experienced and award-winning chef who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.
At the age of 15 he started working in his father’s restaurants and nightclubs in Alanya, and also his first yacht in 1998 and 1999. After several years there, he returned to England to commence formal culinary training. Eddie has also trained as a butcher and worked in his uncle’s abattoir in Manchester.
Ed opened successful restaurant in Manchester and won a best food award. After 6 years , he decided to sell his business so he could again join his passion for cooking with his love for the sea. He has been working on yachts for over 10 years with 5 of them on MY Monaco.
To put it simply, Eddie really loves food and thoroughly enjoys preparing it. He prides himself on his high-quality work and his organised approach to preparation. Eddie sees every meal as a complete entity. From daily baked bread with matching spreads, to the starters, mains and finally the deserts. All the flavours and textures are carefully designed to complement each other from start to finish.
Ed is very friendly and easy to talk to. He loves to present the perfect dish, tailored to your individual tastes, so feel free to discuss your wants and needs directly with him at any time.

Robert grew up on a farm in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Growing up on New Zealand’s South Island exposed Robbie to the beauty of the South Pacific. He felt the calling of the sea and decided to have and adventure on it.
Robbie has worked on a variety of vessels both power and sail. He started his career on The Beast, a 39-meter luxury fishing program based out of New Zealand.
He has also sailed as mate on SY Mirasol and Georgiana. He is eager to progress his deck officer career.
In his free time, Robert is highly active and health-oriented.
He is passionate about training in the gym, working on classic cars, and creating new fishing rigs.

Georgia comes from a small mountain town in the Drakensberg region of South Africa.
Her first taste of adventure came at the age of 13 when she went off to boarding school. After graduating she wanted to see what the world offered and moved closer to the sea in Amsterdam. There she started in hospitality, specialising in mixology and bartending.
Georgia brings 3 years of yachting experience to SY Q’s interior. Most recently she was on the pristine Feadship, MY Aurora.
She has also recently completed her training as a masseuse in Bali. She is adaptable, detail-oriented and known for her high standards.
Outside of yachting, Georgia enjoys living an active life by the ocean. She loves spending time at the beach, swimming, and snorkeling.
She also joins the ranks of Q’s SCUBA loving crew as an Advanced Open. She loves staying active and exploring new destinations.

Born in Wichita, Kansas, Colby grew up on lakes, where his love for the water first began. However, his patriotic spirit led him to join the US Air Force where he was an aircraft mechanic for 10 years.
Eventually, he was introduced to yachting by a close friend during a skydiving adventure and immediately knew it was the right fit.
Since then, he has combined his technical background with a passion for the ocean, working aboard both sailing and motor yachts, including previous charter vessels such as N1.
An adventurous spirit at heart, Colby enjoys kite surfing, traveling, and discovering new cultures. He’s always chasing new experiences, whether it’s exploring local food, finding hidden gems ashore, or enjoying life at sea.
Colby is also actively pursuing his Engine Officer of the Watch license, building on his engineering expertise to further his career.

Hugo grew up in East Sussex on the south coast of England and now lives in Edinburgh, Scotland with his partner Esme. He grew up sailing boats, mainly on the west coast of Ireland in Clew Bay, Co. Mayo, where his parents have a holiday home.
Hugo started working professionally on small sailing yachts on flotillas holidays in Greece before moving on to larger yachts. He has previously worked on S/Y Sea Eagle and S/Y Aquijo.
Hugo likes being active and is a keen cyclist and hiker. He plans on doing some trekking in Nepal and cycling in Chile in the not-too-distant future.
