Born in Portsmouth, on the south coast of England, Tom has always had a strong passion for the sea. He began his yachting career in 2018 as a deckhand, and it was during this time at sea that he developed a growing interest in the engineering side of operations, leading him to transition roles and begin a cadetship.
Since then, he has gained valuable experience working on both cruise ships and general cargo vessels, sailing extensively around the world.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active through rugby, golf, and going to the gym, as well as taking every opportunity to go deep-sea fishing.

Born in Cheltenham, UK, Ries developed an early passion for the water, spending much of his youth around sailing yachts and water-skiing—an influence that naturally led him toward a career at sea. He began his professional journey with a four-year technical electrical apprenticeship, followed by two years in technical sales. This combination provided him with a strong technical foundation, alongside well-developed problem-solving skills.
In 2019, he entered the superyacht industry as a deckhand, where he spent two and a half years gaining valuable hands-on experience. He then transitioned back into engineering, where he has spent the past four and a half years further developing the expertise required to maintain superyachts to the highest standards. Outside of work, he has a strong passion for adventure and the outdoors. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding during the winter months, as well as riding motorbikes both on and off-road.
He looks forward to ensuring QU2 is maintained at peak performance, contributing to a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests on board.

Erin is a qualified Divemaster, with a strong passion and knowledge of the underwater world. Her connection to the ocean began with surfing from a young age and grew into a love for all things ocean related. Recently certified as a Yachtmaster and jet ski instructor, she brings solid seamanship along with the ability to lead and support a variety of water sports activities, from jet skiing to seabobs.
Known for her energetic and positive approach, Erin is always ready to get involved—whether assisting with water activities or entertaining guests. She takes pride in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and leaves with unforgettable memories.

James was born and raised on the Isle of Wight. Growing up by the sea gave him a natural connection to the water, which led him to study small yacht design and construction before training as a Deck Officer in the Merchant Navy.
He began his career on refrigerated cargo ships, later moving into the cruise and Antarctic research sectors. With 18 years in the yachting industry, James has worked on vessels ranging from 60m to over 160m, offering extensive experience along with a professional and flexible approach to ensure the most enjoyable onboard experience.
In his downtime, James enjoys golf, road cycling, and surfing. He is also a proud father of two boys and loves spending time traveling with them and encouraging their passion for sport.

Hailing from a seaside village in Devon, UK, Molly brings two years of experience in the yachting industry and a warm, welcoming presence on board. Friendly and approachable, she has a natural ability to put people at ease, supported by her background in psychology, which strengthens her interpersonal skills and understanding of guest needs.
Highly active and motivated, Molly is a keen marathon runner and swimmer, and an accomplished surf lifesaving competitor. Outside of her sporting interests, she enjoys horticulture and spends her free time working with plants and tending to green spaces. She is enthusiastic about welcoming guests onboard this summer, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout their stay.

Sammy is 25 years old and was born and raised in the Netherlands. From a young age, she felt naturally drawn to life around the water, spending summers at her family’s beach house, joining her grandfather on his boat, and exploring the coastlines of Portugal. Alongside her studies, she worked in hospitality, where she developed a genuine passion for connecting with people and creating memorable experiences. She is an active and energetic individual who enjoys running, tennis, paddle, and Pilates, which helps bring a positive and motivated approach to her work.
After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she discovered her passion for yachting. With one year of experience in the industry, she is excited to continue developing her skills and contributing to delivering thoughtful, high-quality service on board.

Scott, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, is our Chief Officer. With 15 years of experience in the yachting industry, he has worked on both private and charter vessels ranging from 50m to 90m, gaining extensive expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences. He currently resides in Greece and previously spent five years in Germany, where he developed a strong appreciation for different cultures. On board, Scott is responsible for organizing activities and ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. From coordinating engaging excursions to overseeing the use of water toys, he is dedicated to creating a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, supporting rugby, swimming, and being out on the ocean. Scott looks forward to welcoming guests on board and contributing to an unforgettable charter experience.

Born in Plymouth, England, Jack has spent the past decade living in the mountains of Tirol, Austria, where he developed a deep appreciation for alpine cuisine and hospitality.
With over 15 years of culinary experience—five of which have been in the yachting industry—Jack brings a wealth of expertise to the galley. He has had the privilege of working in some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, including under renowned chef Heston Blumenthal and three-Michelin-starred chef Kevin Fehling in Hamburg, Germany. Jack also held the senior position of Sous Chef at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Tannenhof in Sankt Anton am Arlberg, Austria, working under Chef James Baron. These experiences have shaped his refined, detail-oriented cooking style, combining innovation with classical technique.
In his free time, Jack enjoys playing tennis, surfing, and travelling to expand his culinary knowledge by exploring local cuisines and delicacies from around the world. He also has a strong passion for wine and is currently studying toward his WSET Level 3 sommelier qualification, further enhancing his ability to create exceptional food and wine pairings.

Growing up in a small coastal town in the southeast of England, Alice's love for the open water began early. After studying Mathematics at the University of Exeter, she spent two years in Barcelona pursuing a life-long dream of learning Spanish. Inspired by industry peers, Alice then began her yachting career in 2019 and hasn't looked back since. With years of experience now under her belt, Alice's role as Chief Stewardess is more than just a job, it's a passion.
As a new member of the crew, Alice leads her team in creating unforgettable moments for her guests, always finding joy in the details and the smiles they bring. Outside of yachting, Alice loves running, kitesurfing and planning adventures with both the crew and guests alike.

Growing up near the ocean and sailing the Swedish archipelago as a child, Sigrid developed an early love for life at sea. After discovering the yachting industry in 2019, she travelled to the South of France eager to step onboard her first yacht.
Sigrid returned home to Sweden in 2022 to pursue a degree in Human Resources. However, feeling drawn back to warmer latitudes, she completed the final part of her degree while crossing the Atlantic onboard a yacht. Since then, she has returned to yachting and is excited to be a part of a close-knit team that strives to create memorable experiences for guest’s onboard QU2. Raised in the Swedish countryside, Sigrid has a deep appreciation for the outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing and her time in yachting has also sparked a growing interest in watersports.
Additionally, Sigrid enjoys anything that allows her to express her creative flair, which translates naturally into her work onboard, where she takes pride in curating fun table settings and experimenting with new cocktail ideas.
