Captain Goran Čeko was born in Šibenik, where his lifelong connection to the sea first began. From an early age he developed a passion for diving and spearfishing, later working professionally as a commercial diver and divecon before transitioning into the yachting industry.

After gaining experience on various sailing and motor yachts, he spent a year as a deck cadet on a ro-ro passenger and cargo vessel, passed his officer’s exam, and went on to serve as a navigational officer on worldwide cargo vessels. During this time, he also worked as a part-time captain on yachts, steadily building his command experience.

Having sailed across the globe and worked on large yachts such as Elena 3, cargo vessels, and charter yachts, he brings extensive maritime expertise and strong leadership to M/Y QUANT. With in-depth knowledge of the Mediterranean, especially the Adriatic coast, Captain Goran is dedicated to creating tailor-made cruising experiences, working closely with guests to ensure every voyage is seamless, enjoyable, and truly memorable.

Bruno, was born and raised in Dubrovnik, where his deep connection to the sea began at an early age. Growing up surrounded by sailing and watersports, he spent every free moment on or near the water, developing a natural passion for life at sea.

Now serving as Chief Officer at just 24 years old, he combines strong seamanship with a calm, positive presence on board. Motivated and energetic, he plays a key role in ensuring safe operations and a smooth, enjoyable experience for both guests and crew.

For Bruno, yachting is more than a profession; it is a lifestyle he truly loves, and his enthusiasm and dedication are reflected in every voyage.

Dragana is a highly skilled and dedicated stewardess with extensive experience as both Second and Solo/Chief Stewardess. She has developed a deep understanding of the fast-paced, high-standard environment that charter operations demand, refining her service skills, organization, and ability to adapt seamlessly to different guest preferences.

Detail-oriented and genuinely guest-focused, Dragana is passionate about delivering exceptional onboard experiences. She creates a welcoming atmosphere, manages interior operations efficiently, and ensures every aspect of service runs smoothly; from elegant table settings to personalized touches that make each charter unique. Calm under pressure and confident in independent roles, her proactive mindset, warm personality, and strong communication skills allow her to anticipate guests’ needs and consistently exceed expectations, ensuring a flawless and memorable time on board.

Antonio is the Chief Engineer with over 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas maintenance and technical operations. Renowned for his reliability, technical expertise, and strong communication skills, he ensures the vessel runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Experienced in managing complex mechanical and hydraulic systems, he thrives under pressure and works effectively with diverse international teams. He combines professionalism, integrity, and a positive, approachable attitude, bringing both skill and calm leadership to the engine room.

In his free time, Antonijo enjoys music, travel, and scuba diving, reflecting his adventurous spirit and strong connection to the sea.

Born and raised on the Croatian coast, Jakov brings a strong maritime foundation and hands-on versatility to his role as Deckhand and Chase Boat Operator. With practical experience as a sailor and jet-ski rental operator, he combines a solid work ethic with a proactive approach to every task on deck.

He is certified in basic ship safety and first aid (STCW A-VI/1) and holds a B-category boat license, alongside AEC 1 & 2 technical certifications, equipping him with essential safety, operational, and technical skills. On deck, he is attentive and reliable, assisting with maintenance, line handling, wash-downs, and water toys to ensure the yacht is always presented at its best.

A former handball goalkeeper and sports enthusiast, Jakov brings teamwork, focus, and a positive, energetic attitude to the crew, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Chef Nikola is a skilled and passionate chef with over 10 years of experience in high-end kitchens and luxury hospitality. Trained at Hotel Square Nine under Head Chef Branko Kisić, he developed a strong foundation in refined technique, creativity, and attention to detail. With experience as a sole chef on a 22-meter motor yacht, he is highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments, consistently delivering exceptional cuisine.

He takes great pride in creating personalized dining experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences, from elegant fine dining to relaxed, family-style meals. His menus are thoughtfully crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented with a modern, stylish touch.
