Annie is an energetic and creative Arts graduate with a vibrant spirit and a passion for adventure. After a jam-packed Mediterranean season, she gained valuable experience aboard a 50m yacht in the Caribbean, where she completed an Atlantic crossing. With a background in laundry, housekeeping, and service aboard yachts, as well as over five years of hospitality experience on land, Annie specializes in crafting imaginative and beautiful cocktails.

Her diverse work history includes time spent in high-energy venues, including the largest nightclub in the South East, where she has handled extraordinary situations with ease. A key attraction to the yachting industry for Annie is her ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve on the spot. She’s an outgoing team player who prides herself on providing excellent service with a smile.
Outside of work, Annie thrives on connecting with new people. She loves organizing get-togethers, whether it’s a cozy pub night or a fun-filled sports day in the sun. In the winter, she enjoys planning ski trips with her friends from university. When she's not socializing, you’ll find her enjoying football, reading, or watching movies.

Born and raised in Croatia, Marin has grown up around the sea, a steeped family history of life on the water brings him to yachting, Marin has an eye for detail and an aptitude for responsibility, he leads by example and commands the respect of his deck team, diving and fishing are high on his list of hobbies as well as breaking into song when you least expect it.
Marin is the safety officer on board, responsible for all safety drills and medical equipment, he is extremely motivated and hardworking.
Marin leads a deck team of 3 who look up to him and respect him, this is a true testament of his leadership skills and great personality, Marin is an integral part of the crew and valued asset to have on board.

As a professional yacht captain with over 20 years of extensive cruising experience, Alan navigated both charter and private yachts ranging from 24m to 82m. Throughout his career, he has established a solid reputation as a reliable and trustworthy individual, known for my strong communication and management skills.

His familiarity with a wide range of cruising grounds enables him to offer our guests new and exciting experiences.

He is committed to creating a positive work environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and crew morale. Alan’s focus is always on delivering the highest levels of service within the industry. Alan is enthusiastic about his new position on Quasar where he can continue to demonstrate loyalty, dedication, and strong work ethic, ensuring guests enjoy the most memorable yachting experiences possible.

Pierre Luigi is originally from the Philippines but has grown up in Italy speaking Italian, English and Filipino fluently. He assists the Bosun with all water sports and tender driving operations as well as making the boat sparkle. His constant willingness to help in all areas on board makes him a much-valued part of the team. He has a warm personality and a great sense of humour, you will often find him laughing and smiling.

Jade is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a strong background in high-end hospitality management and wine service. Recently completing a Purser course, she excels in service, anticipating the needs of both crew and guests, and has a proven ability to build motivated teams.

With expertise in a variety of service styles, including wine pairings, themed events, and silver service, Jade also handles duties such as provisioning, itinerary planning, reservations, and housekeeping. She successfully covered as Chief Stewardess for two months, managing temporary staff, finances, and inventories during charters.

Having trained under Michelin-starred chefs like Alain Ducasse, Jany Gleize, and Eric Soisson, Souad brings expertise in innovative techniques such as low-temperature and siphon cooking. She is also HACCP certified, ensuring the highest standards in kitchen safety and food preparation.
