Originally from Italy, Luca has 7 years of experience in the yachting industry, working on both private and charter vessels ranging from 16m to 35m. He is highly skilled in deck operations, tender driving and shipyard maintenance, with a strong background in water sports management. Known for his disciplined work ethic, attention to detail and adaptability in maritime environments. Luca is passionate about the ocean and life at sea. He is excited for new challenges and experiences on board QUEEN MARTINA. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, he looks forward to welcoming guests on board.

Originally from Poland, Magdalena is a highly skilled chef with extensive experience in the maritime sector. With over a decade of experience working aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 24m to 32m, she has developed a deep understanding of international cuisines, provisioning, and high-end service. She has worked on luxury yachts across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, showcasing her expertise in gourmet cuisine and fine dining. Passionate about travelling and gastronomy, she brings dedication, adaptability, and creativity to every role. She is now thrilled to be on board QUEEN MARTINA for her second season and she looks forward to delighting guests aboard with her exceptional culinary specialties.

Originally from Italy (Sicily), Carmelo is a highly experienced maritime professional with over six years of commanding commercial and private yachts. He is part of the yachting industry since 2015, he brings extensive knowledge in vessel navigation, crew management, and maintenance. His career has been marked by successful leadership roles aboard a variety of motor yachts and sailing vessels, operating across the Mediterranean sea, including but not only the Amalfi Coast, Corsica, Sardinia, the Eolian Islands, the South of France. His technical expertise is complemented by advanced training in safety and navigation systems. He combines his mechanical and electrical proficiency with strong administrative and coordination skills, ensuring seamless operations both on and off the water. Passionate for the sea, Carmelo is dedicated to provide the highest standard of service and he aims to fulfill guests’ expectations onboard M/Y QUEEN MARTINA.
