Alexandra is a highly detail-oriented stewardess with a strong background in hospitality and guest service. She has experience working on both private and charter yachts ranging from 19m to 28m. Skilled in housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining impeccable guest cabins, she ensures a welcoming and luxurious onboard experience. Dedicated to providing top-tier service, she has recently completed a Silver Service course to further refine her skills. Professional, adaptable, and guest-focused, she is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality at sea. This is Alexandra’s second season on QUEEN MARTINA and she hopes to make your time onboard unforgettable and enjoyable.

Originally from Italy, Mattia brings over 15 years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked on yachts ranging from 22m to 43m. Trained at the Nautical Institute “San Giorgio” in Genoa, he offers strong technical expertise and extensive cruising experience throughout the Mediterranean, including his home country Italy, as well as the French Riviera, Corsica, the Tyrrhenian Sea, Greece, and Montenegro. Over the years, he has taken on key responsibilities such as exterior maintenance, tender driving, mooring and anchoring operations, while supporting engineering duties. With a PADI Open Water Level 2 certification, Mattia is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and guest‑focused service with dedication and a positive spirit.

Paolo is an experienced yacht captain with over 20 years in the industry, commanding both sailing and motor yachts. Beginning his career in competitive regatta racing, he developed exceptional seamanship early on, which he has carried through into a long-standing career at sea, including ocean crossings and extensive cruising experience. He has successfully captained a range of respected sailing yachts, including Jongert and Southern Wind builds, while spending nearly 10 years with the Azimut-Benetti Group, acting both as Captain and Head of the Courtesy Yacht Service. In this role, he was entrusted with the operation and management of multiple high-value yachts, where he gained strong exposure to discerning international clients and consistently delivered a high standard of service. With his in-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cruising, Paolo is committed to creating tailor-made itineraries, based on guests’ preferences, ensuring a safe environment on board QUEEN MARTINA.

Originally from Poland, Magdalena is a highly skilled chef with extensive experience in the maritime sector. With over a decade of experience working aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 24m to 32m, she has developed a deep understanding of international cuisines, provisioning, and high-end service. She has worked on luxury yachts across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, showcasing her expertise in gourmet cuisine and fine dining. Passionate about travelling and gastronomy, she brings dedication, adaptability, and creativity to every role. She is now thrilled to be on board QUEEN MARTINA for her second season and she looks forward to delighting guests aboard with her exceptional culinary specialties.
