Originally from Uşak, Turkey, Mert had a passion for the sea since childhood, spending much of his time swimming, fishing, and diving. After completing his studies, he began his maritime career and has spent the past 13 years gaining extensive experience in the yachting industry, working on board yachts ranging from 27m to 37m.
Known for his keen sense of humour and kind personality, Mert is committed to delivering excellent service on QUEST R and looks forward to welcoming guests on board.

Imer has over a decade of experience in the yachting industry, working on vessels ranging from 25m to 90m. Beginning her career in 2010, she has developed expertise in silver service, bartending, meal service, inventory management, floral arrangement, stylish decoration, laundry care, and detailed interior management. Known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism, İmer thrives in team environments and is quick to learn and adapt. She joined QUEST R in 2023 and continues to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail onboard.

Berk, from Marmaris, Turkey, grew up immersed in maritime life, with swimming, running, and reading as part of his daily routine. While attending school, he began his hands-on training on workboats, laying the foundation for his career in yachting. Over the past six years, Berk has gained valuable experience working on yachts ranging from 25m to 38m, traveling extensively and refining his skills in vessel operations. His passion for the sea, dedication, and adaptability make him aN excellent crew member aboard QUEST R.

Captain Ömer, hailing from Turkey, has dedicated his life to the sea, mastering the art of sailing from an early age in one of the world’s most iconic maritime regions. With over 34 years of experience as a captain and an additional 6 years serving as a seaman and mate on yachts, he brings a wealth of expertise and leadership on board QUEST R. Captain Ömer has 21 years of charter experience across a diverse fleet of motor yachts (65 ft. to 150 ft.) and sailing yachts (65 ft. to 115ft.), excelling in both private and commercial charters.His extensive knowledge of navigation, seamanship, meteorology, and shipping law ensures that every journey under his command is conducted with the utmost safety and professionalism.

His technical expertise allows him to maintain peak performance and reliability aboard QUEST R. He seamlessly combines traditional seamanship with the latest advancements in marine navigation and vessel operation. He has been onboard QUEST R since 2015, which gives him the expertise of knowing the yacht and making sure every guest enjoys the time aboard.

Chef Hasan is a highly accomplished chef with over 25 years of culinary experience. He began his career in restaurants before joining the yachting industry in 2001, where he has since gained extensive expertise. He specializes in a wide range of international cuisines, including Turkish, French, Italian, Spanish, English, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, and South American. With strong knowledge of allergens, nutrition, and dietary requirements, he creates meals that are both flavorful and carefully tailored to each guest’s needs. Hasan is excited to be part of QUEST R’s crew and looks forward to delighting guests with his exceptional culinary creations.

With over two decades of experience in the yachting and hospitality industry, Olena began her career in 2004 aboard a 110mcruise ship, and she has been onboard QUEST R since 2011. She has excellent skills in silver service, bartending, meal service, inventory management, floral arrangement, stylish decoration, laundry care, and both general and detailed cleaning. Olena has worked on vessels ranging from 37m to 110m, excelling in roles that require precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Her responsibilities have encompassed maintaining interior spaces, delivering exceptional service to guests, and ensuring every detail contributes to an unparalleled onboard experience. Known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude, Olena is quick to learn on the job and consistently takes direction with professionalism and grace. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere have made her an invaluable asset to QUEST R.
