Growing up at the foot of the Pisan tower in the town of Marciana Marina, a municipality on the island of Elba in Tuscany , he has loved the sea since childhood.
The sea and engines have always been his passion.
After finishing his studies and starting his maritime career, he had the opportunity to sail in the Mediterranean Sea and Indian ocean.

Passionate about sea since childhood, he began his journey at the age of 16 working as a lifeguard. After completing his studies , he pursued a career in the nautical world as a Skipper on sailing boat, later moving on to work aboard Merchant Ships.
He’s currently embarking on a new and exciting chapter in the commercial yachting sector.
Highly professional and constantly seeking to improve his skills, Alberto possesses strong leadership qualities.
He is cheerful, friendly, and outgoing individual, always eager to take on new challenges,

He began his career at 18 by launching a hospitality startup, gaining problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure , and a client-focused mindest.
In 2023 , he founded a web development company, but his love for the sea brought him back to yachting, where he’s committed to building a long-term career.
Fit, energetic, and enthusiastic, Riccardo contributes to a positive atmosphere on board, he’s a certified PADI Rescue diver, trained to stay calm and assist in emergencies - a valuable skill both on and of the water.
In his free time, he enjoy music, diving, hiking, fitness, nature, drawing, and exploring tech and supercars.
Native Italian, fluent English, always ready to lend a hand and make every trip memorable.

Born in Termoli, Italy , he attended a nautical high school with the goal of building a career in the maritime industry.
At 19, he began working as a dinghy rental operator in the Tremiti islands. He later joined crew of traditional gullet, an experience that confirmed his desire to live and work at sea.
After further experience on yachts, he became part of the crew on the R23.
Beyond his passions for boating, Gabriele is a friendly, positive, and well-mannered person, thanks in part to the strong support of his family.
He’s also dedicated athlete: he played basketball for nine years and now practices martial arts.

She is a hardworking professional with 15 years of yachting experience behind her, which enabled her to develop a broad set of skills, including management skills, multi-tasking, and the capacity to handle stressful situations.
She always puts in 100% and provides a high standard of hospitality for guests and owners, as well as nurturing to improve and grow her experiences. She values professional relationships with her fellow crew and is eager to always maintain the boat running smoothly for the enjoyment and safety of all aboard.

I previously held similar roles aboard prestigious vessels such as Seataly, Rosey, and Claudia, consistently earning praise for my creativity, professionalism, and efficiency.
Her background includes managing family-run restaurants in Beijing, hospitality roles in top Italian hotels, and commercial experience as a sales representative and brand promoter. She holds multiple certifications, including STCW, HACCP, Security Awareness, First Aid, Firefighting, and Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities. She is registered with the Italian maritime authority as a second-class ship's purser.
Dynamic, personable, and highly organised, she brings enthusiasm to every project. She is passionate about travel, music, photography, and above all, the sea.
