Originally from France, Thibaud is a versatile and passionate sailor. He holds engineering and mechanical degrees from the French Ecole des pêches, and has since then had several experiences on board sailing and motor vessels in Britanny as deckhand and chief engineer. Thibaud also holds a university degree in socio-educational and socio-cultural activities, with a major in information and communication technologies. Thanks to Thibaud, operations will run like clockwork on board RADIANCE!

Originally from Italy, Enrico is very passionate about yachting. He has undergone Technical Scientific Studies specializing in Computer Science, and completed several qualifications in the maritime sector, that he then implemented in his experience being a first mate and skipper on various sailing yachts. Enrico is also an avid wakeboarder and kite surfer, and a certified instructor in the latter.
He is a proactive crew member who is always happy and seeking new experiences and environments to which he will easily adapt. During his spare time, Enrico loves kitesurfing, wakeboarding, skiing, ultimate frisbee, and holds a drone pilot license. Enrico speaks Italian, English, and Spanish and he will make sure RADIANCE’s guests are always in a safe environment.

Originally from Italy, Lauretta has attended the “Colombatto” School for Chefs, as well as The University of Tourism in Turin, Italy. Lauretta has an extensive experience of more than 10 years in both the luxury hospitality and yachting industries, as a chef/sous chef on board yachts up to 88m, as an executive chef for private dinners as well as responsible for VIP guests’ services. She has a great passion for creating meals for her guests with fresh local foods served in a decorative manner, always aiming at exceeding guests’ expectations. In addition, she has attended pastry, sommelier, bartender, and catering courses, among others. Lauretta’s specialties are fresh Mediterranean cuisine, as well as pastry, cake design, homemade pasta and vegan/vegetarian dishes creation.
Lauretta is friendly, and adaptable to every situation. She is now thrilled to be among RADIANCE’s crew and ready to make go the extra mile to please the guests onboard.
