Bradley is a versatile Deckhand/Engineer who brings a practical, hands-on approach to delivering a smooth and enjoyable charter experience. With AEC 1 certification and solid experience across both deck and engine room operations, he plays a key role in ensuring the yacht runs flawlessly behind the scenes while maintaining impeccable standards on deck.

Comfortable with everything from tender driving and watersports setup to technical maintenance and detailing, Bradley contributes directly to the guest experience by keeping the yacht perfectly presented and ready for every moment of the charter. His proactive mindset and strong safety awareness ensure that operations remain seamless, whatever the pace or programme.

With a natural team spirit and a positive, can-do attitude, he integrates effortlessly into a professional crew environment. Attentive, adaptable and quietly efficient, Bradley helps create the kind of atmosphere on board where guests feel both relaxed and exceptionally well looked after.

Florent Buchard is an experienced yacht chef with over 20 years in fine dining restaurants in France and abroad, as well as several seasons working onboard yachts in the Mediterranean. He is a reliable and adaptable professional, focused on delivering high-quality, seasonal cuisine tailored to guests’ preferences.

He has worked as sole chef on both motor and sailing yachts, managing all aspects of galley operations including menu planning, provisioning, and service for guests and crew. He is organised, calm under pressure, and consistent in delivering well-presented, flavour-driven dishes in dynamic charter environments.

Previously head chef in respected restaurants across France and internationally, Florent brings strong classical French foundations and a refined, product-focused cooking style.

Outside of work, he enjoys travel, music, skiing, and cycling.

Originally from Poland and based in Italy, Agnieszka is an experienced stewardess with a strong background in both private and charter yachts, ranging from 24m to 147m. Having worked across all areas of the interior, she brings excellent service skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional approach to guest care onboard.

With experience as both Chief and 2nd Stewardess, Agnieszka is highly organized and confident in managing housekeeping, laundry, fine dining service, cocktail preparation, and table décor to the highest standards. Her previous experience aboard luxury yachts and cruise vessels has given her a strong understanding of high-end hospitality and personalized guest service.

Friendly, adaptable, and service-oriented, Agnieszka takes pride in creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere onboard, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable charter experience.

Klara is a highly motivated and detail-oriented stewardess with experience aboard both private and charter yachts, bringing a refined, guest-focused approach to every charter. She is committed to delivering discreet, attentive service while ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and onboard comfort in line with MYBA expectations.

She takes pride in creating a seamless and welcoming guest experience, from elegant table settings and refined food service to bespoke cocktail preparation and meticulous interior upkeep. Klara’s calm efficiency, strong work ethic, and eye for detail ensure the yacht is always presented at its best.
Warm, approachable, and professional, she naturally connects with guests while maintaining a polished and unobtrusive presence, contributing to a relaxed yet sophisticated onboard atmosphere.

Outside of yachting, Klara enjoys active pursuits including football, tennis, padel, and skiing, and has a keen interest in photography and the natural world, which complements her appreciation for beauty and detail.
