Most recently serving as 2nd Stew/Deck on the 37m Blue Clipper, he has delivered everything from fine dining with wine pairings to guest handovers, sailing operations, and exterior maintenance.
Fluent in English and advanced French, Liam thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and brings a personable yet discreet approach to guest service. Whether supporting on deck, managing housekeeping, or creating memorable dining experiences, he ensures every detail contributes to a welcoming and seamless charter experience aboard Raph Seven II.

Chef Karlo is an experienced Chef on luxury yachts. He has recently won the 2nd place at the MYBA 2023 Chef Competition in Barcelona (under 30m yacht).
After completing his chef school in Croatia and culinary technique education at
"Le Cordon Bleu" in Paris, Karlo joined several high-end restaurants in France. When the opportunity presented, he decided to fulfil his dream of working in the yachting industry.
He has since then been enjoying working on board yachts as Chef and his talent was recently rewarded in Barcelona at the MYBA 2023 Chef Competition.
When he prepares meals, Karlo likes to surprise clients using ingredients coming from a bend of mediterranean ingredients while also using Japanese cuisine techniques.
On a daly basis while on board Raph Seven II, Chef Karlo is looking forward to make your charter experience an unbelievable cooking experience.
Ilker brings over a decade of yachting and shipyard experience, combining strong seamanship with advanced technical skills. Holding a Yachtmaster 200GT and Captain up to 149GT license, he supports the Captain in navigation, watchkeeping, and the overall safe operation of the yacht.
With a background on yachts up to 58m, Ilker has overseen deck operations, tender and watersports management, as well as refit and new build support. His carpentry expertise and eye for detail ensure the vessel is always maintained to the highest standard.
Fluent in English and Russian, Ilker is known for his reliability, safety awareness, and calm leadership on deck — qualities that make him an invaluable First Officer aboard Raph Seven II.

Captain Maxime Noirot brings over a decade of yachting and worldwide cruising experience to Raph Seven II. A 500 GT Master with a strong engineering and operational background, Maxime has held senior roles aboard both motor and sailing yachts up to 145 feet, including Princess, Benetti, Sanlorenzo, Vitters, and Sunseeker vessels.
His extensive career includes Mediterranean and international cruising, charter management, new build transitions, and technical oversight. Known for his calm leadership, hands-on approach, and deep knowledge of safety protocols, Maxime ensures smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and crew alike.
Fluent in English and French, based in the South of France, and highly adaptable, Captain Maxime is passionate about delivering exceptional charter experiences. He leads Raph Seven II with professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to service.

Radzivon brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and yachting, combining fine-dining expertise with proven leadership in the interior department. Having progressed rapidly from steward to chief steward, he has managed interiors on yachts up to 73m and overseen high-profile events including Monaco Grand Prix and presidential functions.
With a background in restaurant management and event coordination for up to 400 guests, Radzivon excels in creating refined guest experiences and leading service teams with precision. His skills include advanced wine knowledge (WSET Level 2), butler service, and GUEST Advanced Leadership training.
Fluent in English and Russian, with extensive Mediterranean and Caribbean experience, Radzivon ensures service onboard Raph Seven II meets the highest standards of discretion, efficiency, and elegance.
