With solid experience across yachts up to 68m, including positions as Chief Officer and Officer of the Watch, he combines confident navigation skills with hands-on deck leadership and a genuine focus on guest experience.
Highly capable in all aspects of deck operations, Mykola oversees mooring procedures, tender driving and watchkeeping with efficiency and calm authority. His background also includes extensive involvement in guest-facing duties, allowing him to move seamlessly between operational excellence and attentive service.

Originally from France, Mehdi is an experienced deckhand with a strong background in both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Having also served in the French Navy, he brings excellent seamanship, professionalism, and a calm, reliable approach to life onboard.
Passionate about the sea, Mehdi enjoys every aspect of deck operations, from tender driving and watersports to guest transfers and maintaining the yacht to the highest standards. His previous experience as a skipper on day charters has strengthened his guest-focused approach, ensuring every outing is safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
Friendly, energetic, and always ready to help, Mehdi takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard and helping guests make the most of their time on the water.

Romain Mattei brings a refined technical edge to RAPH SEVEN, combining strong engineering expertise with a calm, hands-on approach on board. A graduate of the Antwerp Maritime Academy, he holds a Chief Engineer Unlimited licence and has built his experience across a range of large yachts up to 73m, as well as commercial vessels.
With a background as both Chief and Second Engineer, Romain is known for his precision, reliability and ability to maintain seamless yacht operations, even in demanding environments. His recent experience includes intensive shipyard periods, complex technical maintenance and high-tempo charter programmes, ensuring that every system on board performs flawlessly.
Quietly efficient and solution-driven, Romain works discreetly behind the scenes to guarantee absolute comfort and safety for guests. Having worked aboard both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean, he is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest's preferences.
His cuisine is inspired by his travels around the world, blending refined French and Mediterranean flavours with Asian influences. From elegant fine dining and fresh sushi to artisanal pastries and relaxed family-style meals, Jean-Philippe enjoys crafting creative menus using the freshest seasonal ingredients while accommodating all dietary preferences and requirements.
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about food, Jean-Philippe loves discovering local markets and regional produce to bring authentic flavours onboard.
