Daniela Cascone brings a refined and intuitive approach to guest experience on board RAPH SEVEN, combining over five years of yachting experience with a natural sense of elegance and attention to detail. Having worked on motor yachts between 30m and 50m, she is highly skilled in managing all aspects of the interior, from service and presentation to provisioning and organisation.
As Chief Stewardess, Daniela leads with quiet confidence, ensuring a seamless and polished atmosphere on board. Her experience spans both private programmes and shipyard periods, where she has consistently delivered high standards while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for guests and crew alike.
Known for her discretion and strong sense of hospitality, she anticipates guest preferences with finesse, creating a service style that feels both effortless and personal. Romain Mattei brings a refined technical edge to RAPH SEVEN, combining strong engineering expertise with a calm, hands-on approach on board. A graduate of the Antwerp Maritime Academy, he holds a Chief Engineer Unlimited licence and has built his experience across a range of large yachts up to 73m, as well as commercial vessels.
With a background as both Chief and Second Engineer, Romain is known for his precision, reliability and ability to maintain seamless yacht operations, even in demanding environments. His recent experience includes intensive shipyard periods, complex technical maintenance and high-tempo charter programmes, ensuring that every system on board performs flawlessly.
Quietly efficient and solution-driven, Romain works discreetly behind the scenes to guarantee absolute comfort and safety for guests. Mykola Postovyk brings energy, precision and a strong service mindset to his role as First Officer on board RAPH SEVEN. With solid experience across yachts up to 68m, including positions as Chief Officer and Officer of the Watch, he combines confident navigation skills with hands-on deck leadership and a genuine focus on guest experience.
Highly capable in all aspects of deck operations, Mykola oversees mooring procedures, tender driving and watchkeeping with efficiency and calm authority. His background also includes extensive involvement in guest-facing duties, allowing him to move seamlessly between operational excellence and attentive service.
Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, he thrives in fast-paced charter environments, ensuring that every detail runs smoothly behind the scenes. Adaptable and solution-oriented, Mykola plays a key role in delivering a safe, polished and enjoyable experience for guests on board.
